I work construction and usually don't get home till 5:00pm to lift weights so am a bit wary of taking stims that late in the day. What do you think of me dosing JP8 in the morning around 6:30am? Seems to me like most the effects should carry through. If nothing else, it'll help me through the work day (which is extremely strenuous).

I'm out of JP-8, yesterday was my first workout without.

Without JP-8:
-Endurance down
-Motivation to do that 1 more rep gone
-Noticed now how clear your mind is when using JP-8, really missed that clearheaded focussed feeling last night
-I missed 2 reps on benchpress which I shouldve made easy..
-After your done with your workout on JP-8 you feel like doing more, an extra excercise, whatever, without JP-8 it was, okay thank god I'm done lets go home..

Yup all in all quite a big difference and quite an added value of JP-8. You have to get off to notice whats missing.
