Hey guys question for you all.
So I did some cycles when I was too young and dumb and knew nothing about pct. Actually when I was young before ever working out I was fine. When I was I think 13 I started weightlifting. I noticed right after that when I went to school on the bus my chest now had a bounce with the bumps. Not sure if this is when it started.
But now I’m a trt patient and I wouldn’t say I have bad gyno but it’s bad enough it bothers me. My diet isn’t the best it could be right now.
What can I do besides surgery to fix this? I’m ready to do what it takes I just have no clue. And I don’t want to do something and make it worse.
