Hi I'm Vince, my friends call me Vinny. I'm 55yo , married with 1 child. I was a gymnast in high school for 3 years and was in great shape. I've worked out on and off over the years but nothing serious . I am a bus mechanic for a large transportation company. I suffered a back injury in 07 and was more or less out of commission for about 10 years and now I want to get in the best shape of my life and putting on size would be a big plus. I'm working on my eating and have been doing pretty well. I never really gained to much weight even when I was out of commission but I have gotten softer with a little more than i'd like in the mid section. Looking forward to gaining knowledge and enjoy reading the posts.

After months of lurking the forum (and daily reaching the quotas of posts that can be viewed as visitor) i finally registered. I have always been active and inclined to strength training, even when i was a boy (doing pushups and pull ups every night after dinner, totally counterproductive but i had the fire).
After some years of not so optimal training due to being a teen and a college student, I have been consistently lifting for about 4 years now, being 24, 185 cm, 85 kilos at approx 12/14 ish % bf. I'm a 1st year Law PhD student, working part time as a corporate lawyer so i can fund my supps lol.
I am natty, but obviously every day tempted to jump over the bridge.I just started my 1st cut, looking forward to share the struggle.

Hi Iím Paul also known as Bicko, Engineer by trade. Try to get to the gym at least 4 times a week mainly on the heavy free weights but got a home set up for when time is short. Been training in BBD Ninjutsu for couple of years now, before that TKD

Hello everyone, I am 41 years old and serve in the Army for 22 years. I lifted almost my whole career taking my body from 143 to 225 in that time. At the end of my career I was side lined and med-retired from service. So to fix some of the damage done, I had three spinal surgeries and a few other surgeries. This has kept me out the gym for a few years (3.5). Things are getting better and I am starting to workout again.
But I have found out the hard way a few things:
1. taking off almost 4 years from lifting like starting from scratch, I still have mass but my body fat % is to high and my muscles are weak.
2. being over 40 sucks... i want my 20s back
3. losing fat isn't as easy as it was back in the day
4. not being in the military anymore, means I don't have my brothers around to help me stay motivated
So this is my intro and I hope to find a new family even if its online to ask for help and keep me motivated. ( any pointers for an old broken guy, feel free to PM me)

Been doing lots of sports in the past but got into powerlifting (not competing) and fitness in the past few years.
