First Cycle Ever

Hi Everyone,

I just started my first cycle of var/clen/t3. I’m 5’6 135 and 25% bf.

Currently, I am the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve struggled with anorexia, laxative abuse, you name it.

I finally want to do this right, so that’s why I’m checking in with all of you!

Here is my plan:
Var:
Week 1: 10mg split
Week 2-7: 20mg split
Week 8: 10mg split

Clen: (2 weeks on 2 off)
Day1-2: .2ML
Day3: .4ML
Day4: .5ML
Day6-10: .6ML
Day11: .5
Day12-14: .4

T3: 25mcg to 35mcg

Diet:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup blueberries, 6 egg whites

Meal2: small apple, boiled egg, and 12 almonds

Meal 3: 4 oz baked chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, and 7 asparagus spears

Meal 4: 2.5 oz tuna, 1/3 cup avocado, and 12 almonds

Meal 5: 4oz Cod with 1/2 cup broccoli


I really want to lose weight and body fat. Please critique this in anyway, as I want to be successful and my feelings do not get hurt.

I'm not a t3 expert.
But50mcg is the starting point.
At least should be.
Your body already makes 25mcg so you may want to start higher than 25

You don't take steroids to loose weight. From what I gather, 135lbs and 25% bf. Your not eating right and or barely working out or just really don't know what your doing. I really don't think running a cycle is the answer to your problem. Just my 2cents

I wasn’t doing either, but I am now? What should I do

You should spent time eating and exercising correctly and not worry about hormones

use a anti-estrogen.

thyroid hormone manipulation has too many risks

by eating RIGHT & training you will lose weight

^i agree with that. Anti e, get a sauna suit, sweat your @$$ off, eat and train right and you'll see results
