Defuse is one of my best formulas ever. While it does have potent GDA effects, its primary design is to cripple fat storage enzymes/pathways and prevent fat from being stored in the first place. Used acutely (1-2 weeks) at full dosage, it allows for cheat meals/days, vacations, holidays, etc where you don't have to watch your diet without completely sabotaging your fitness goals.
Using the new dosing protocol (2 caps, twice per day) you can hobble your body's ability to fill fat stores as part of a cut or bulk to minimize fat gain, and actually lose fat while bulking.
