Hi,

I am starting my second week of a Superdrol cycle (10/20/20). I have gone from 216 to 224 just in the first week. I get hungry as crazy and I have increased bodyfat significantly. Based on this, I've been rethinking about doing changes for the rest of the cycle for both training and dieting as well as adding other supplements. I was doing three-day split as chest/biceps, back/triceps and legs/shoulders. Now I am thinking on the following, just train the bif muscles with complex movements with short rest periods. Also doing hiit on staionary bycicle for 15 minutes after every workout. I started using Camphibolic twice a day. But in order to clarify things and don't get flamed I will describe all details below:

On Cycle:
Superdrol 10/20/20
Multi (ADAM)
Milk Thistle (twice a day)
NAC 600 mgs twice a day
Red yeast rice 1200 mg once a day
Inositol hexanicotinate 500 mg teice a day
Coenzyme-10 10mg twice a day (Multi and RYR also contains this)
Zinc gluconate 10 mg twice a day
Magnesium 250 mg twice a day
Camphibolic two pills twice a day
Fish Oil: 6 g/ day
Off Cycle:

Week 1:
ATD 3 pills a day
Activate 4 pills a day
Reduce XT 3 pills a day
Fenugreek 3 pills at night
Nolva: 40 mg at night
DHEA 150 mgs per day
Clen: 40 mcgs

Week 2:
ATD 2 pills a day
Activate 4 pills a day
Reduce XT 3 pills a day
Fenugreek 4 pills at night
Nolva: 30 mg at night
DHEA 100 mgs per day
Clen: 40 mcgs

Week 3:
ATD 2 pills a day
Activate 4 pills a day
Reduce XT 3 pills a day
Fenugreek 5 pills at night
Nolva: 20 mg at night
DHEA 100 mgs per day
Clen: 40 mcgs

Week 4:
ATD 2 pills a day
Activate 4 pills a day
Reduce XT 2 pills a day
Fenugreek 6 pills at night
Nolva: 20 mg at night
DHEA 50 mgs per day
Clen: 40 mcgs

Any suggestions are welcome. I just don't want to gain a lot of fat to then being months fighting hard to get it down to acceptable levels.

I would suggest next time to have your diet and eating times properly scheduled before hand lad. SD leaned me out even at 3500+ Kcals a day. So I would check your diet quickly.
