Hey guys I’m a couple days out from finishing my pct and thought I’d share my experience.
Cycle:
DMZ 2 caps a day
Blockaid (prostate, blood pressure, liver support)
1300mg milk thistle (liver support)
Estro Strike 2.0 (Gyno, estrogen blocker)
Post Cycle
Week 1 clomid 50mg a day
Week 2 clomid 25mg nolva 20mg a day and started DAA Max (natty test booster)
Week 3 clomid 25mg
Week 4 Clomid 12.5mg a day.
The gains from DMZ are unreal. I almost had no sides except a libido crash in week 1 and 2 of my pct. I think the DAA helped a lot when I started taking it my sex drive returned.
I was weight training for about 12 weeks prior to starting my cycle. My maxes consisted of
Bench 225 x 4
Squat 185 x 6 my lower back was very weak so it was something I had to work on.
Shoulder press 135 x 4
Don’t really go heavy on deadlift so no max really there.
I’m not gonna really go into every individual week but week one and two were noticeable drive and focus and endurance in my weight lifting. By week 3 and 4 the on feeling was incredible. My maxes soared.
Bench by end of week 4 265 x 2
Squat after I built muscle in my lower back was up to 265 x 6 (almost gave myself a hernia I think so had to back off and take it a bit slower until I build everything up)
I was throwing up shoulder press at 155 like it was cake.
Now for my pct. libido crash on week 1&2. I started creatine about 2 weeks before I started my pct and I really think that helped with the lethargic feelings. Though I had no real sex drive I still had focus and the will to keep pushing myself in the gym. The reason I took nolva on week 2 is because I felt tingly feelings in my chest but it already went away after a day no big deal. At the end of week 2 libido returned and everything felt natural again.
I’ve kept all my gains it’s wild. DMZ did me well. Didn’t over kill it with extra doses or anything and it did me very well. Everybody at work was pretty shocked on how big I got on it. Definitely a good cycle to run. Hope this helped. Continuing with my creatine and DAA until I run out.
