Hey all,
Wanted to get some advice on a projected cycle I will running in the next month or so. For reference, I am currently 27, 6'4" at 280lbs, not 100% sure on bf% but would guess around 20-25%. My main focus for the past year+ has been powerlifting on a 5-3-1 plan, 5-6 days on a week, but I'm stuck at a hard platuea right now. I have done two cycles of hdrol years back, so I do have some experience with cycles. Plan for cycle is to eat clean, lean, and protein focused and gain muscle while trying to cut off some extra fat. Currently I'm at around 310-330g protein per day, but my sugar and sodium intake levels are crap. I also have a few days where I eat **** meals.
Anyway, here is my current setup, please let me know thoughts as I want to learn as much as I can.
PH= RPN Havoc
CS= AI Sports Nutrition cycle support
PCT= Nolva
Starting 2 weeks prior and through cycle/PCT:
AI cycle support
Multivitamin and B5
CoQu10 and fish oil
TudCA 500mg x2 a day
Week 1 -10/10/20/20/20/30/30/ 2 scoops CS
Week 2 - 30mg / 2 scoops CS
Week 3 - 40mg / 2 scoops CS
Week 4 - 40mg / 2 scoops CS
PCT
Week 5-8 nolva 40/30/20/10 and CS
My test has been pretty low for 3-4 years now. I had labs done in August and my test levels were around 320... A year before that they were around 240. Dr tells me it's "within range" so I'm fine but I feel like I need more to reach potential. Having said that, would adding in a natural test booster or something like novedex XT along with the nolva PCT help in possibly rasing my levels up a littler after the cycle? If so what's the best dosage on that?
Also, I believe I have found a solid source for the nolva (it's alot easier than the early days); however I want to make sure it's the real deal. If anyone can check out my source link via PM I'd appreciate it.
