Just finished PCT from last cycle, and tired of being high %.
Stress of getting married in june is no doubt shooting my cortisol lvls through ceiling.

Stats 4/26/05 Goal 10+/-% BF :whip:

6' 4 3/4"
Body Type: meso, large bone frame.
263 19%+/_ BF
Waist 37 up from 34 :nono:
Cutting Calories to 1950 (mostly carbs being cut)
Carb up day every 7 days.
BP 120/71 pulse 60

Starting a 2.5 month cutting cycle.
Weight training remains same 6:30pm til.
Adding 1.5 hours cardio Morning 5 days week.

Supplements (beyond the staples)

1st 4 weeks will be.

8am 2 Thermal Rage 2 Lean extreme
10am 1 LX
2pm 2 Thermal Rage
prebed: 2 GXR 1 LX

Last 6 weeks

8 am 3 cAMPHIBOLIC 2 LX 1 Tri-max
10am 1 LX
2pm 3 cAMP
5pm 2 lipo-6
8pm 1 tri-max
pre-bed : 3 cAMP 2 GXR 1 LX Clen

Dropping Clen at 3 weeks.
Adding Tri-max for last 3 weeks.
Running the Thermal Rage semi-solo i do this anytime i try a new supp to test effects.

Already have all supps, so will not be spending any additional money. Been thinking of adding Phenogen Thoughts?.

Any suggestions what would be best to use to combat the 3 weeks of tri-max?

I have
M1T, SD, Max lmg, and 3/4ish bottle of ergomax lmg (given to me).

Leaning towards the ergo since its just enough in bottle to run 3 weeks, but not sure if it's strong enough to combat the tri-max.

i would say m1t its very anabolic and since your cutting its good because it lowers your appetite

Somebody lost some water weight, unsure why diet remained same. Water intake 130 oz, same.

Diet Perfect
BP 123/68 pulse 61

Thermal rage nothing to report so far, no jittery effect maybe some better focus unsure.

I'd move the clen doseage to the morning. Have you got green tea in your supplements?

Opps ya did'nt notice i stuck clen in at bed time. I will take it in morning.

The Thermal Rage and cAMP both have green tea in them.

Sick as a dog from 4-30-05 til xx, about 90% well now.
Got shot from doctor for case of sinus/chest infection.
Zero exercise since 4-29 :sick:

99% well, 4-5-05 was able to do 45 min cardio in morning.
Going to do another 45+ in afternoon instead of lifting.

Starting to notice breathing is easier and sweating has increased during times thermal rage is in system.

Think i have 100% well now, taking break on lifting until
monday, and just doing cardio twice a day just to make
sure i'm not :sick:

Going to add phenogen during last 6+ week part,
And hopefully some MP if needed to shred any fat left.

Starting to debate my next cycle for max LBM, once i hit -10% bf. Will be going max above maintence i can with 0 fat gain.

Debating on what combo to run, i already have ton of SD, 2 M1t, 3 Max lmg, 5 Mohn, 2 Activate, and some novla, 2 rebound, and 2 Ultra hot.

Had a unexpected business trip out of town just got back today.
work :hammer:.

So zero gym time just used stairs alot and pushups setups, and whatever else i could think of in Hotel room.

Diet Sucked , ran out of protien powder (so protien intake low) and had to eat from restraunts.
Ate clean as one can thou. Very tired of salad bars for a while loaded my salads down with eggs to try and up protien bleh.

Unable to weigh during trip.

11 am this morning when i got home i weighed
250.1 lbs (+2.1 lbs)

Water intake perfect
