Little bit about this log. I'm a rock climber I have spent the last 9 months rehabbing both a broken wrist and ankle from a super nasty spill that required several surgeries to restore both to as close to healthy and fully functional as possible.
I'm 5'10 156'ish it fluctuates often
I'm currently eating anywhere between 2500-2700 cals a day will be upping to 3500 cals for the first two weeks to see how the scale moves and adjust accordingly.
My goals for this cycle
-Weigh 175
-Not die
-Make all kinds of gains
-Steal ya woman
-Provide a detailed log for you muscle freak beasts to amuse yourselves with
Running this long 8 week cycle with basically nothing but the Olympus Labs line of PH's, PCT's and cycle supports
The supps
-1 bottle of EP15TANE
-1 bottle of TR3N
-2 bottles of AR1MACARE PRO
-CLOMID

The cycle
- Epi 30/45/45/45/45/45
- TR3N 0/0/0/60/60/90/90/90
- AR1MACARE PRO 4 caps/day through the whole cycle
The Pct
- CLOMID 50/50/25/25
- - SUP3R PCT 4 caps/day days 1-19, 3 caps/day days 20-26, 2 caps/day days 27-34, 1 cap/day days 35-41 (reason for tapering it down is to avoid possible estrogen rebound)
- STR3NGTH - 3 caps a day for 40 days
- DAA - 3 grams before bed
Now for my current state of being the KING OF SCRAWN
