First of all big thanks to ironflex guys for hooking me up. Stenzine is msten and Dmz.
I'm 24 soon to be 25 weighed in at 179.8 this morning. I'm 5'8" and not sure of body fat % but if I had to guess I would say about 13%. My goal is a solid 6-8lbs (lean bulk). I want to improve my bis,tris,delts and most of all my calfs. Calfs just don't seem to grow. I should start tomorrow or Monday. Dosing will be 20/20/20/20. Pct will be tamoxifen 40/40/20/20 and erase. Also have milk thistle and hawthorn berry . This should be a fun ride to say the least. I'll try to take some before pics for tomorrow.
Training will be :
Monday: leg day
Tuesday: bis, delts
Wednesday: chest ,tris
Thursday: back
I'll try doing cardio atleast 2x a week. Tuesday and Wednesday switch every week. After first week I'm gonna start dropsets. Also abs will be every other day.
Diet:
Breakfast: 2-3 jumbo eggs, egg whites and sometime 4-8 oz of steak.
Snack: chicken or tuna wrap. On whole wheat wrap with lettuce.
Lunch: 8-16 oz chicken breast with veggies
Supper: tuna or chicken wrap
Also have 1 protein shake on workout days. May change some things as I go.

Started cycle today . Today is an off day so I just swam for a hour or two. Pics will be taken tomorrow or Monday.

Ai would be best used after ph use. Use ai during pct. The compounds don't aromatise so no need for ai on cycle. Thanks for joining

That base has taken me awhile to achieve. Before I started working out I was 240 fat as hell. Until one day when enough was enough.

Congrats bro I was the same weighted 240 at 19 yeasr old and couldnt take it anymore!! Even have the stretch marks to remind me daily..

Dam stretch marks. My stomach ones arnt as noticeable as the ones on my arms near my armpits. There just reminders of how we used to be and motivation to never be like that again.

Ok so my workouts were switched around due to the wife wanting to go and do arms.

Standing ez bar curls
3sets of 12 reps of 60lbs
Did more throughout my workout but didn't record them.

Had one hell of a bicep pump after my workout and felt like a beast.

Dam kids hogging the dam smith machine only squatting 70lbs. Atleast if ur going to be there a while put in some work. Push ur skinny a$# to ur limits.

Got bloods done before I started the cycle due to doctors orders and now they want me to go back and get more blood work due to my liver values being 2 points over normal . Well there gonna have to wait awhile . I'm not going back till pct is done.

That's worse than someone curling in the squat rack!! It's like when I want to bench and some little kid is doing 20 sets with just the bar!!

If u need to put the log on hold that's fine.. Wouldn't want u to hurt yourself ..

No way bro. I can't see any reason why only 2 points in my liver values would make a difference. Also I hate getting blood work. So they can wait. Doctors won't be getting in the way of my gains.

I feel healthy as a Budweiser horse. Lol lots of water some milk thistle and I'll be fine. If that's not enough can get other liver supps but usually milk thistle at 2-4,000 mg will take car of things. Never let my pee be yellow it's just not acceptable while on cycle.

Noticed that cardio sucks on cycle lol but other than that I look bigger. Shoulders look nice and full. I'm sure by next week it will kick in hard.
Also that just lifting alone makes me sweat like I was doing cardio and sweat more when actually doing cardio.

Today was back. Sorry but didn't record sets or weight but believe me I went hard.

Db shoulder shrugs
Also did some Ab workouts

I did 350 Deadlift but had some grip issues.

I saw something today that I would say is just as bad as curling in the squat rack. This kid was doing crunches in front of the smith machine. Then hopped on smith machine to do chin ups. I understand I go to planet fitness but never have I seen someone use the smith machine for just chin ups. There is a designated spot for crunches and chin ups/ pull ups they are literally right next to eachother . There is no need to be using the smith machine for chin ups. Wtf is this world coming to.

I could never go to planet cause I lift things up and put them down!! Lol
Lol they make some funny commercials . I only go there cuz they are convenient. There is one in my town the next town and the one after that . I did manage to find a golds but that's four towns over and I wouldn't be able to go as much as I do now. Plus not sure what they charge. I wish I could go to a real gym that was convenient. But for now I just have pf
