controlled labs white flood log
I am logging controlled labs white flood preworkout. I was logging and still am my workouts for another company but the pwo was too stimmed for my sensitive bp. no use getting all messed up for a supp. I will be trying to log three times a week if possible but I am working a 12 day run covering for people on vacation so it may be hard.

tonight I will be taking one scoop of white flood bubblegum 1/2 hour before training. I will be doing back with emphasis on heavy lifts to build mass and finishing with high reps for the pump probably cables.

Perfect age to teach him the importance of being active. Get him moving and spending some quality time with him - nothing better.

got vacation is two weeks and already contacted a gym up the road for a pass to get at least three days of training in while i am there. is that weird that i feel the need to train even when on vacation? its kinda my morning time i go for a jog ont he beach train for an hour before anyone gets up have my coffee then hit the beach for aday of activities and sunning.

I don't think it's weird at all - nothing wrong with taking a full deload and having an off week but if you aren't feeling especially beat up and can make it work with the family's schedule then why not? Plus it can be fun to train at a different facility for a short change of pace!

This place has some cool led equipment that will take the load off my back and put it where it needs to be.

Been trying kris gethin's dtp on arms and legs . Friggin intense is not the word for that. If you've never done it give it a shot. Massive pump

How has training with White Flood been since you've been back? What are your thoughts so far?
07-05-2016, 12:54 PM
man I haven't been at the gym in twenty days and it sucks . we got so behind on bills taking vacation I had to for go it until we get paid on the 15th . I am going to my work gym today though . have no clue where to start back . maybe do chest and arms today , legs tomorrow then back and shoulders . flood is still going strong , looking into getting some Cialis from my guy to help with erections but overall health is the key . great pumps I heard from it too. my insurance wanted 439.00 for 8 ****ing pills !!!! I got 25 from my guy for a buck a piece. so

I would start back with lower body honestly since it takes longest to recover. I also wouldn't recommend combining those products.
