I am logging controlled labs white flood preworkout. I was logging and still am my workouts for another company but the pwo was too stimmed for my sensitive bp. no use getting all messed up for a supp. I will be trying to log three times a week if possible but I am working a 12 day run covering for people on vacation so it may be hard.

tonight I will be taking one scoop of white flood bubblegum 1/2 hour before training. I will be doing back with emphasis on heavy lifts to build mass and finishing with high reps for the pump probably cables.

Perfect age to teach him the importance of being active. Get him moving and spending some quality time with him - nothing better.

I don't think it's weird at all - nothing wrong with taking a full deload and having an off week but if you aren't feeling especially beat up and can make it work with the family's schedule then why not? Plus it can be fun to train at a different facility for a short change of pace!

I would start back with lower body honestly since it takes longest to recover. I also wouldn't recommend combining those products.
