I wanna incorporate Blue Gene into my supp use and not sure the nest phase of training for BG.
I am training for triathlon season now through Late November, but still wt training. Would I benefit more from BG during mostly endurance training, or should I use it as I phase back into a bb protocol?
I am sure either would work, but which is best?
