I would love to log this weight management/fat loss patch.
I’m 46 yo. this year and can use all the help I can get to keep the belly at bay......I’m probably sitting at around 12-14% in the midsection....
Never ever seen more than 2 abs lol

I track my macros and progression of training through various variables ( I know you are familiar with mi40 concepts ). I am lean enough that any results will be apparent in pictures as well. I've got about 4 weeks left on my cut. Struggling a bit to get where I want to be. Currently at around 20% BF and have been trying to at least get down to 15% or so.

I would love to give this product a thorough run on my last 4 weeks to see if I get some increased fat loss during that time compared to the last 8 weeks! Thanks DJ!
