2 scoops whey ISO
1/2 cup ground oats
16oz water

Not sexy but damn is it effective when on the road 8hrs a day!
basic isn't bad when it gets the job done!

I've been doing similar for days on the road, basic proats plus berries, for my "second breakfast" (9am can't be called lunch, can it?)

1/ cup rolled oats
with water

Microwave 30 seconds

Add 50g egg whites mix with cinnamon

Microwave 30 seconds

Add 1 scoop PEScience peanut butter cookie protein powder

Stir and add peanut butter and chocolate chips

EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Microwaving and the mixing is important, makes a huge volume bowl of oats but super good macros/low cals

Egg whites only microwaved? I'm a texture person, not sure if I would be too fond of that. Although it probably is a little enough amount that it wouldn't throw off the consistency. Sounds delicious though!

you mix water and oats together and microwave and then add the egg whites and cinnamon and mix with a fork (whisk). Then microwave the watered oats, eggwhite mixture for 30 seconds. After microwaved whisk with fork and you can add more water if you need to. Then add your protein powder. Don't microwave after adding protein.

I was totally freaked out when I did this too with the egg whites.... because i didn't want them to come out as scrambled eggs but they don't.

Pretty much what I was worried about! I could definitely dig the additional protein per serving though! Nice share. :)

I add it after I cook the oats. I will add a bit of milk to cool the oats down a bit and add some moisture back, then add the protein. Once the protein is mixed in good with no clumps, I will add in the yogurt.

Have to love the protein content on most yogurts especially Greek yogurts out there. Always been a go to for me when I need something sweet and still super macro friendly.

I'm lazy so i just did it over a flat griddle and sort of shaped it. They aren't perfect rectangles. Haha The baking powder helps it puff up.

When I am in a hurry, I throw the oats (1/2 cup) in my coffee grinder and turn them into oat flour. 16 oz.milk in my shaker cup, 5.3 oz of Greek yogurt, scoop of protein and then add in the oats. Then chug it down as I'm speeding down the highway on my way to work. Lol!
