I'm 31 years old. Male. I started a diet about six weeks ago, I have lost 14 pounds and I've hit a wall. The weight has seemed to start coming off a little slower. I believe AMPed May help me with achieve my goals and breaks through a plateau.

I currently train five days a week and do cardio six days a week. 45 minutes of steady-state cardio. I rotate between the bike and the stair mill. I'm 6 foot two and weighing in at 220 pounds.

wow, I am blown away by how fast this came in the mail all the way across the world to the Middle East.. took first time today .. Nice clean energy feeling ..Will be posting log of my Journey.. I will be adding some additional supplements to my fat loss stack when they arrive .. Mostly just stuff to keep me from going catabolic on a reduced caloric intake. I will be using this for morning cardio. Thanks!!
