I used X. factor one time while "off cycle". Since I'm on TRT I don't need a PCT. It seemed to help me keep the 15 of beef I put on with SD (no sides or issues. )

Maybe suggest this use to the guys 40 and older??

i liked Ara
well i used iforce's max out
and i love it for size especially

however i do have asthma and i thought i could toughen it out man was that a bad idea, i could not power walk for 5 seconds with out having to grasp for air

I would expect this to be a miracle supplement for vegetarians who lift weights.

The thing with AA for me is it really kicks in in around week 3-4, and then I have to stop it soon after because it kills my joints. It does work in strength gains and fat loss.

the new formula has really mitigated any joint issues.

It is also interesting how some people notice the effects of ArA in the first week, and for others it takes a few to kick in. Regardless, for strength, hypertrophy and fat loss there isnt much else like it.

ArA is a big winner in my book... I do believe there should be a good amount of focus on the delivery method though (which I believe MN has in check with the gel cap).
