Usually ya'll's customer service is great, but 2 weeks ago I had issues with an auto ship order and couldn't get a hold of anyone. It eventually came (after 12 days, which has never happened before) so I just forgot about it.

Now it's been 10 days since I was billed for my autoship and I have called 4 days in a row and left messages and sent an email a day trying to find out what the deal is - absolutely nothing.

What is going on with you guys?

Been spending 100s a month with you for years now and never had this experience before
