I take no2 black regularly and before my workout i take 1-2 scoops of mri black powder. When i take 2 scoops of the black powder and even 1 i will sometimes feel tired right before my workout. Could it be im not getting enough water or is it something else?

Yep I had the same problem until I upped my carbs and problem solved. Ragnarok was putting me to sleep for a bit (ALA lowered my blood sugar) and once I added some carbs my energy levels were through the roof.
