kind of an odd question but how do you squat 253? i have a 45 lb olympic barbell and 5s 10s 25s 35s and 45s. how to you get the odd 3? just curious
lol, yeah as someone else said I’m in the uk but I know most here are in the US so I do the conversion for you all (I’m nice like that lol) - it’s 115kg

20kg barbell and a 25kg red & a 20kg blue plate per side along with 2.5kg Olympic clamps
i do own a nice set of 2.5kg clamps but tbh I lift without any on for pretty much everything.

i own loads of change plates though. My set up for this just because of the way I warmed up was 2x20kg, 2x15kg, 2x10kg, 2x2.5kg

Another day on the grind, although to be fair I feel awesome right now. It’s way cooler here and sleep improved a lot last night. I also don’t seem to really get the psychological issues from tren, I just feel good on it.

training wise, I used to go out running with a guy training for an iron man (he’s done marathons etc in the past), haven’t run distance with him since mid way through my last bulk when the combination of the orals and the extra weight I had destroyed me, was dropping below 6 min Km’s and struggling.

anyway he asks if I want to go on a long run today and I figure fcuk it, death or glory. Ended up doing 17.5km at an average pace of 5.25 per km. that was faster, first thing and on clen 😂

trained upper body this afternoon (after I built my foldable reverse hyper from westside barbell - love it, awesome piece of kit and really well priced)

meant to be a medium session
4x10 close grip bench
4x10 wide grip bench
All with 187
Then t bar rows s/s with str arm pull downs (always been a fan of these)
Front raises
Arms

fun session, good pump,

threw a load of meat on a bbq and ate that with salad all evening.

Rest day tomorrow, definitely needed.

I’ll finish with a little nipple story as nipples get mentioned a lot on AM……

so if any of you have run distance you’ll have heard of joggers nipple, basically some men find that the constant movement of the fabric over their nipples makes them sore, normally this isn’t an issue for me.

however today it was still warm and I was sweating like bill Clinton when he hears epistein is gonna talk. Shirt was soaking so as you can imagine a wet shirt back and forth over even the most hardy nipple and it’s gonna get sore.

so tonight I’m in bed with a girl, she knows I like my nipples picked and bitten etc, so bless her she goes to town on them. Well fcuk me I’m nearly in tears but at the same time I don’t want to stop her because that might put her off doing it again. I managed to employ some wim Hoff style breathing and ride it out but even for me that level of pain wasn’t a turn on for sure.

So end of week 2. Slightly strange start to this cut. The longer ester definitely takes longer to kick in (obvious in theory but always interesting when the reality matches.

weight this morning was 233.5 (so down 4lbs) but even this last week it’s bounced from 233 to 237, but we do generally seem to be trending down.

i feel good, I do love a 19nor. No sides as yet. Using just a touch of asin (12.5) and 0.25mg caber once a week from today as the familiar little bit of swelling behind the nipples just started to creep up (obviously I ignored the nipple sensitivity owing to the abuse they got yesterday - although they’ve recovered well the resilient little bastards).

rest day today so no training, legit rated as well, no cardio, just plenty of walking.

just about hit calories but only just. Protein at 250g was solid.

apparently one of my kids now has to isolate due to someone she was at a party with testing positive (her lat flow was negative). Not sure I even understand the roles anymore 🤷

progress pics below. I don’t think progress is especially obvious although I think it’s starting to come, I’m confident the next two weeks will start to drive more visible changes

Ok so I think it’s fair to say the tren has kicked in.

the first clue is the way my sleep quality has fallen off a cliff (even with 6mg melatonin)

the second clue was when, less than 10 minutes after my first wank of the day my mind decides that it’s time for the second. I hadn’t even pulled my damn shorts up 😂

weight and body comp is somewhat of a concern. I’ve done a Sterling job at creating a new set point, that good a job that my body is point blank seeming to refuse a change. Calories intake is down between 250 and 750 (aiming for 250 but a few days I’ve missed and been further under). There has been a shift from carbs to more protein in that as well.

increased cardio plus the clen or ephedrine means somewhere between a 500 and 1,000 calorie swing depending on the day, and that’s been consistent from the start.

but, scale weight is bouncing around, anywhere between 1 and 4 lbs lower than start. I do think that their will be an increase in water and glycogen storage so potentially fat loss is greater than scale showing.

we’ll stay the course and see what the update pics at the weekend show.

training is awesome though.

i fucking love my new reverse hyper, it’s the scout westside barbell one by rogue. Granted you can’t load it more than about 120kg but for what I want (prehab and rehab it’s perfect), it’s also been the best thing for activating my glutes before squats and deads by far.

squatted Monday, 4x8 at 275, not close to maximal, lots of volume for legs that day

benched 4x10 at 209 on Tuesday (for me that’s decent, my bench is ****)

pulled 352 for 3x10 today, moved it well. Snatch grip deads and reverse hyper as accessory

this stage of my program is very much just volume with moderate weight. Not using any pwo, minimal kit (no sleeves on squats for example), am using a belt, mainly as my back has only just got over a niggle, no hype for this lifts either.

I find if I go balls to the wall pushing weight and getting intense AF for every session I can’t sustain it through 10-12 weeks so I like to add things as I go, trying to build momentum.

How fast does the tren e start working for you? Obviously I guess 4 weeks or so but I assume it actually starts working before that? In September I’m starting my first prep and I’m debating using E instead of A

this is my first time using e. Used ace last year and it was much much quicker. The mast ace last year definitely showed it’s effects early on. I’ve basically done everything the same and from a very similar starting point best I can tell, but last year results were visible within 2 weeks for sure, this year not at all.

that said, only pinning twice a week does make life easier. Supposedly easier on sides as well so I’m hoping the sleep improves a bit

lol, tbf I didn’t get that with ace but obviously the more you use it you know it’s gonna happen one day and spending 30s thinking your about to die doesn’t sound much fun…..

funny you should mention that. I normally do run cardarine for a couple of months on cycle just for lipids more than anything. I hadn’t planned to this cycle but was picking up some other bits from my ugl and threw a couple packs in the basket so from Saturday I will be 👌

I did find last year it negates some of the cardio impact tren can have

I recall in vitro research showing possible anti cancer effects so 🤷

my personal approach is to maintain a sensible dosing (20mg a day) and only use it 1-2 times a year for a couple of months max at a time.

I’ll drop that to once a year tops next year in all likelihood.

I believe the rat study used high dosing for a sustained period (equivalent to most of their lives) but in reality we can’t really know for sure (but this is true of many things I guess)

there was a recent study in the US that showed testosterone levels in men are declining (i.e the average test level of a 25 yr old is less than it was 10 years ago)

Ok so a few days since my last update. Not for any reason other than **** got busy and I’ve come away on holiday (none of which have derailed and of the cut plans)

update pic below, im away so lighting is different (probably less beneficial) but I think slowly slowly things are moving in the right direction.

weight was down a total of 5lbs on Friday but I’ll admit I was hoping for more definition in my upper abs at that weight. I may have been off with my body comp estimate at the start, we shall see.

training wise things are going good. I’m absolutely stronger than I have been at this sort of stage of a cut previously. Squatting 286 for 4x6 paused without too much trouble.

still in a hyperthropy phase for another week or so (where I’m staying I own the place and have a basic set up with a squat rack, bar and about 260lbs in plates so it’s enough to hit the main needs until I get back.

still running and hitting plenty of cardio. Not exciting but it’s getting done.

now onto other matters and I had a first the other night, within 30 mins of meeting a girl who was only a work colleague of a friend she’s showing us both a naked picture of herself (my friend was female). This wasn’t a date or anything, wasn’t even really a sexual setting, was just a random ‘have a look at me naked’ - never had that happen in under 2 hours before. She was hot btw, I’m very pleased my mental strength is decent as obviously the tren told me to just rip her skirt off and give her the D right there in the middle of the motorway but I resisted (it really wouldn’t have been a good idea).

but yeah sex on tren generally is good. Just on gear generally sex seems better. The women seem moister and the little things like a squeeze of the nuts or a nibble of the shaft seem to turn one on more 🤷

thus far I’m enjoying this cut more than any cycle I’ve ever run, if the results come in as well which on paper they will then it’s absolutely happy days 👌

Hey bro’s, hope everyone is smashing it.

things still on track here. still away till the end of the week so tracking is way way harder, but my tendency is to undereat in this situation. I’m hoping the tren will preserve muscle and depending on what the scale says when I get back if it’s dropped to much then a week of maintenance will probably be implemented.

lifting is a bit limited, no belt or chalk and only 286 total weight so decided to pull a triple at that on the minute every minute for 20 mins. Misjudged it, was easier than I thought, maybe should have done 4 or 5 reps.

smashed out some rdl’s and arms looking out at the sea (my place is on the coast) which was nice. Pretty quick session as obviously it’s about time with my kids but feel like I’m doing enough to maintain (ran 8km yesterday).

legs and back are starting to lean up (back pic below) so I think we are moving in the right direction.

will be adding in ghk cu and snap 8 next week to see if we can make this loose skin tighten up at all…..

still feel awesome at the moment, the lack of orals maybe playing a part. Sleep is off a bit but nothing that would stop one cycling and everything else is spot on. Sex drive through the roof but that’s standard, was getting rimmed last night and almost nutted just from that 🤣. If anything I’m more chilled on tren than normal, could just be life is stable and good but definitely no adverse mental affect anyway

haha LOL at this entire post, but yeah when I used to compete in 5k's and stuff I'd get very sore nipples, borderline bloody. I've seen a lot of runners go as far as to put bandaids over them before runs. My chest is too hairy for that nonsense tho.

haha LOL at this entire post, but yeah when I used to compete in 5k's and stuff I'd get very sore nipples, borderline bloody. I've seen a lot of runners go as far as to put bandaids over them before runs. My chest is too hairy for that nonsense tho.
haha, yeah the bandaids are the classic solution but I’m also a bit hairy and don’t normally have an issue. I may try it out though 😂

The material of the shirt matters too. I use to put sports tape on top of my nipps, when playing a lot of basketball younger and had this issue 😀

Evening fellas

coming up on the end of week 4. I’m heading back home off this holiday tomorrow, been good spending time with the kids and loads of outdoor activity close to the sea always makes me feel grounded.

ran 9km this morning. It rained the rest of the day so couldn’t get my bar and weights out but I’ll hit s session when I’m back tomorrow.

I’ll be interested to see what the scales say, I’m pretty confident the sunday picture update will start to show some obvious progress, my main concern is that I’ve had calories too low this week.

just out of interest, I’ve heard a couple of people (who’s views I don’t really value as that credible) say mast e doesn’t give anything like the aesthetic benefits of mast ace……in my head the ester shouldn’t change the core impact off of compound but interested if anyone has seen or experienced that (reason for asking is that I don’t seem to have the same hardness/dryness I got from mast ace last year)

training will be more detailed from tomorrow onwards (mainly as I have my gym back and enough weight to push on)

yeah it’s just a case of having a shower before. As with all fun down there it’s a good idea to make sure you don’t need a sh1t at the time as well.

Never used mast prop, or anything beside enanthate, but it seems believable to me. I mean different test esters are reported to make you hold water differently for different guys, and injecting orals changes the effects along with the pharmacokinetics, so it sounds like reasonably believable bro science.

It’s more expensive per mg substantially usually, and yet that still seems to be what many choose close to a show so at least someone believes that enough to pay more and deal with a larger volume of oil

i do love trest, my ugl recently added trest ace to their line up and I’ve been trying to work out if I can include it with my typical test and deca cycle over Xmas……I don’t want to smash the orals again this year and trest gave me almost the same strength gains as a boat load of anadrol.

plus the trest feeling is like none other

So back home and nice to get back to a proper gym set up.

I’ll weigh myself in the morning but truthfully I think I’ve fucked up calorie wise. Generally activity has been up and I know I’ve missed my target calls more than I should have. Averaging 3k a day over the last week or so now and that’s too low at this stage.

I’m really not drying out like I did last year (which I assumed was the mast. I have winny on hand and whilst I want to avoid orals I do tolerate them well so will consider that in the next could of weeks.

depending on what the scales say tomorrow I may bump calories for a couple of weeks. Try to add some lost lean mass back and get maintenance bumped up a little, then drop back down.

i have been storing the peptides I’m using for over a year in the freezer, they may have lost some efficacy I guess but should be minimal.

Training wasn’t anything special

3x6 at 225
3x8 at 225 plus slinger
4x12 chest supp row (2x88lb db)
3x12 flyes
Shrugs, bi’s and tr’s in a tri set

really just wanted to move a bit of weight to ramp up my cns to squat heavier tomorrow (I down regulate really quick)

so progress is being made but I’d be lying if I said everything was as I wanted

So my sunday picture update. Scale weight was well down, not sitting at 228 which is just over 9 lbs

I’d like to be drier and more defined as this weight but if I’m trying to be subjective I can also see improvement from the first pics so I’ve gotta take that.

crashed a bit today, I was really active yesterday (ran 9k, played tennis then lifted) and had another tennis match this morning. Intended to lift this afternoon but just crashed and tried to be smart by taking a day to focus on hitting calories and trying to not burn out this early.

have to say I love sex on tren. I’d also popped 20mg cialis last night just for fun and my mind was in the gutter.
