Where does the testicle pain come from?

I have seen mention here of testicle pain when Estrogen is high (or E2 is high, or T:E ratio is low, or DHT is low, etc, etc....)

Do we know anything about what imbalances can cause testicle pain, and why they cause it?

I dont think so and it doesnt happen to everyone.

While it doesn't happen to everyone, it certainly is not rare either.

With all the brain power here, there are no theories or potential explanations?

i got it when i started taking my 1-ad some guy told me to drink more water and ti would go away, i did and the pain went away.... i dunno it was only during hte begininning of my cycle, maybe too much test, or your testies shutting down, but thats just a guess
