I never really notice anything from Agmatine in terms of mood improvement... Everyone is different though.

Have you seen your Doctor about your OCD? Their are medications which are proven to help. Be no harm in trying Agmatine but remember it may take a while to see improvements... If any. I am sure their are studies on Agmatine and OCD but everyone's body works different so no harm in giving it a go.

Agmatine has other benefits aswell. Its brilliant for nutrient partitioning. Lowering blood glucose levels. Etc so you can still benefit from it elsewhere

yes i have been hospitalized a few times , i am on ssri , valporic acid , and inositol , but i whant to quit ssri and valporic acid if is posible

I've seen animal data on agmatine in OCD, but nothing convincing in humans. If your OCD is so severe that you've been hospitalized, I can't imagine that agmatine will be enough to help. Are your medications not working?

yes i am on ssri 10 mg paroxetine, and 75 mg trazodole , 125 mg valporiccacid , 10 gr inositol and i feel 80% better than my first day with ocd
