I was wondering if 1 hour of cardio is OK while slowly building muscle? I would like it to be slow gains in LBM ince I tend to gain fat while bulking rather easy. I am eating well and a little over maintainence, nd with the cardio I am assuming that it would keep me in maintainence. That is my goal, to stay in 240 range but drop bf and gain LBM. I am on superdrol and orastan e, b5 for any chance of acne, and lipo 6 for pre w/o energy. Oh and creatine mono for pre and post w/o.
