I got ahold of (1) bottle of Anidrol 50 when I was about 30 years old, I took (1) tablet every morning till the bottle was empty. To this day, that was the biggest my arms every were. Maybe I should get another bottle.

Anadrol is the pinnacle of oral steroids imo

I missed out when I had the chance to grab some and now kicking myself. I have plenty to play with and knowing myself I probably wouldn’t be able to eat on it, but still wanna try it sometime.
Eat steroids. Supplement food.

My wife brought home some moose tracks ice cream the other day. I am too weak to let that sit in the freezer uneaten. I think I like peanut butter cups, fudge, caramel and vanilla ice cream more than I like... well anything, really.

I only would if it’s shredded pineapple. The chunks I don’t like. It’s a texture thing lol

Haha when I used to do full binge eating splurges on Friday/Saturday I would do a cardio “purge” on Sunday plus some misc weights. It’d be an hour of fasted stair master and then whatever I could muster from remaining body parts. Good times XD

I would usually do a hard workout (or 2) on my cheat days. In hindsight I agree with you. Lol

If you could only do one exercise/lift for the rest of your life, what would it be? Assuming you have whatever equipment you need for it but you don’t get to do anything else. So you can Clean & Jerk for example, but you don’t get to Frontsquats or do Bicep curls with the bar and weights. If you have a Legpress, you don’t get to do calves, etc.

I would squat. I often dread it, or get tired and want to stop, but of any lift it’s the one that makes me feel the most alive - the most present in my existence within my body. Even if it was just 135, I think I would be happy just going through the motions.

My favorite exercise has always been squats, so I will go with that !

Dang I think it's gotta be squats here too. I think it's the movement where I most feel like I can focus on different body parts and target different areas. Of course I could just be doing it wrong and without any consistency 🤣
