I have run oral ursolic as well (Recomp Rx) and had a good run the first time and a mediocre experience the second time. Looking forward to what transdermal will do for me. Yes Epichaos is also TD and I got it ordered yesterday morning along with more Ursa.

I'm going to pick up the AE and have M-Test in the cabinet so I may end up using both. From what I've been reading guys are having a good run at 3 months of AE so that's probably what I'll shoot for and maybe start the M-Test in the last month of that.
Sounds like a solid plan to me!

Still rolling with Ursa at 2ml. I am definitely noticing a recomp starting. Looking a little trimmer around the belly while weight is staying the same. Epichaos and Anabolic Effect are ordered and supposed to be here Monday and Tuesday respectively. I'm not sure yet if I will start Epi immediately or wait until I finish the first bottle of Ursa. I will start Anabolic Effect as soon as it shows up.

I've noticed I'm not sleeping as well and staying sore longer after cessation of M-Test. I don't like this! I'm assuming the sleep quality (or lack thereof) is due mostly to the KSM-66. The soreness I am thinking may be the lack of boron in my system?

I'm going to give the AE a chance to show me what it can do but I think I'm going to start M-Test back up sooner than I was originally thinking. I was taking the increased sleep quality and recovery and reduced inflammation for granted and now I can appreciate again how beneficial it was. I do want to see how much AE can do for recovery on it's own though before putting M-Test back in rotation.

I think the d3 and magnesium had a hand in it as well. I split the dosage morning and evening and the size of those caps is nothing compared to my 1200mg fish oil gels 🤣

There's a part of me that is very tempted to just ride out 3 months on only mag and d just to see what my levels look like but being honest with myself the sleep and recovery being hindered probably just ain't gonna let that happen!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Busy day yesterday. Went to my buddy's barbershop for a cut and beard trim. Also ordered new work boots last week and got them beeswaxed and ready to wear. I love starting the year off fresh! Smoked a 4.5# brisket flat too. I tried a new method with my Weber kettle grill that I've been reading about, the Charcoal Snake. Easiest smoke I've tended by far and the results were outstanding. Killer smoke ring, super hangtime on the knife, juicy and tender. Helluva thing!

Received my Epichaos and Anabolic Effect in the mail yesterday. Dropped 2ml of Epi this morning before breakfast and then couldn't help myself and took 3 caps of AE.

That brisket looks great!
That brisket was the bomb! I was pretty pleased with the turnout on a new method. Sadly it was finished off Sunday night 😩 I'll have to go for a bigger cut next time!

Busy week! Got moved back to one of our big jobs this week and it's keeping me moving. But the extra stair climbing is welcome cardio! 😆 It has been extra cold and rainy lately which always makes me drink less water so I think I might be a little dried out right now. I'll be trying to play catch up on hydration this weekend so we'll see where weight is Monday morning.

Not much to update, this is day 5 with Epichaos and Anabolic Effect and I feel pretty good.

I'm on a deload week with 5/3/1 and have been using my fan bike along with the deload workouts. I also am really trying to get my core strength up and have started ab rolling again as well. I could barely stand up straight yesterday morning!

Any suggestions for good core exercises outside of ab roll, hanging leg raise and loaded/farmer's walk?

Any suggestions for good core exercises outside of ab roll, hanging leg raise and loaded/farmer's walk?
try laying flat on bench and doing leg raises, if extra oomph is needed put on ankle weights. if you do 25 of those with 5lb ankle weights i guarantee you will feel it!!!

I don't have ankle weights but I'll give it a try! I can probably rig something up with a plate and a ratchet strap if I need to bump it up. Thanks!

I just started 5/3/1 for squat and deadlift this week. I really like it, simple and effective. This is like the fift time or so that I do it. For bench I'm doing Smolov jr. for the first time, started this week also.

For core strenght one of my favorites is barbell rotation/standing barbell twist. I like to do it so that I rotate my whole body and try to swing the barbell explosively up/to the middle and then control it to other side. Kind of like I would try to throw it in the air or hit something with it, but then just control it to other side.

Another good one is windshield wiper on the bar.

And rising up from laying on the floor while keeping a kettleball in the air with an extended arm and getting back down and rising up again. Whatever it's called. It can be done with dumbbell too.

Two days in a row! This is good news as I got pretty close to my usual amount of water in yesterday so I'm starting to think the numbers are legit. I'd like to get closer to 200# by the end of this but being that I'm at maintenance cals it's not really something I'm expecting necessarily.

Epichaos has me feeling more pumped through the day and visibly more vascular in the chest and shoulders which I LOVE 😍. Ursa had some veins I've never seen before making an appearance post workout and now they're starting to stock with me through the day. This is while on a deload week as well so I'm excited to see what the pumps and vascularity look like when I get back to moving weight!

Riding the Rollercoaster of weight, ha ha. Yesterday morning was 205.9#.

Yesterday was my first real lifting session after starting the Epichaos last week and WOW, talk about a pump! Loooove it. Felt more pumped today than usual for day after too. And that was just 531 BBB flat bench and some dips and push ups! Tris were tiiight. Haven't felt hardness like this since I was running 1-andro and oral epicatechin last spring.

I don't personally care too much about the weight fluctuation when on a cut/recomp. It allways happens. In addition to looking at the scale I measure my waist and the mirror tells me what's happening well enough.

Yes I'm enjoying both of them so far! Nothing too remarkable in the strength dept yet. Hoping that comes though! 🤞😁

I'm not at all worried about the bodyweight. I'm looking trimmer by the day though and I like that!

I'm thinking about jumping on the AA BOGO and getting some more Ursa and Epichaos for a third month and maybe bumping them both up to 3ml per day.

Also considering picking up some Kronos to roll into after this run. That's kinda up in the air though, I hadn't really put any thought to it until today. I was thinking maybe I would run that for 6-8 weeks along with M-Test. Then add some Sustain Alpha on top of the M-test

Any thououghts on the 11-kt?

Definitely give it a try! It was really easy to build and tend to and I got about 7.5hrs out of that snake in my 22" kettle.

At this point the msten run is a back burner idea and I'm in no rush. I think I'm set on keeping my focus more on leaning out before I try adding on any more mass. I'm starting to see upper chest and shoulder veins just barely popping up that I've never seen before and I'm really into it, ha ha. 😁

Cool, I got the idea that the Msten run was kind of set in for this fall, but if going with the flow then yeah, I've heard a lot of good from 11-kt, while also being extremely mild on sides.

Yeah leaning out while not loosing muscle mass is one of the most enjoyable ways of progressing imo too.

Edit: not fall lol, spring I mean..

I don't mind it at all! I like the way both Ursa and Epichaos smell. My advice is give it a go!

But once it is dry, the smell is gone, either way

Bumped the Paradoxine up to 3 caps the day before yesterday. I'm on the second bottle of Epichaos, I forget when I started that, ha ha. I'm nearly done with the second bottle of Ursa and I will begin dosing 3ml on the next bottle of each.

Long gap on updates, it's been a crazy week at work!

I bumped up to 3ml each of Ursa Major and Epichaos about 4-5 days ago. Definitely noticing the thermo effect from the Ursa in the evening now. Bodyweight is staying steady but looking trimmer around the waist and more vascular in the upper chest and anterior deltoid area. Liking what I'm seeing!

Nothing really notable from the Anabolic Effect that I can discern. I'm sitting right about the middle of week 4 so I hope things kinda pick up steam in the next couple weeks. I have been sleeping better than I was and recovery isn't too bad but no real strength increase of note.

Still tossing around the idea of a real run at fat loss after this. I'm trying to convince myself to pull the trigger on 11-kt or maybe some Thermoamp at least. I'm getting low on Paradoxine and trying to decide if i will get more or move to something else. So many options! Anyone have any other suggestions to throw at me?

Dosage update to keep things concise:

AA Epichaos 3ml to chest/shoulders/traps 5 AM
CEL AE 3 caps w/ breakfast 530 AM
SNS Paradoxine 3 caps pre lunch 12 PM
CEL AE 3 caps w/ dinner 5 PM
AA Ursa Major 3ml to chest after shower 8 PM


I was thinking earlier that I'm probably not giving enough credit to AE for keeping my weight pretty constant (actually up a couple pounds) while leaning out in the waist and chest. Still looking forward to hopefully seeing a noticeable strength bump in the coming weeks but my emotions can handle it if all I get is maintainig muscle while losing some fat. Still a win in my book!

Seriously considering 11-kt now after reading some anecdotal experience of rebound fat gain when dropping the Ursa.

If I pick up some Kronos would ~6 weeks at 100ml/day be reasonable? For some general reference points I'm 5'10" and probably 15-20% bf.

And naturally... I'm set to finish last bottle (3rd) of Epichaos tomorrow morning.
Started 4th bottle of Ursa a couple days ago. I have a 5th bottle of that lined up.

I will be starting the second bottle of AE tomorrow morning and have a third for after that. Part of why I went back and forth with the order from AA was being undecided on the 11-kt. At this point I'm looking to non-suppressive things to help cut some weight and then run an oral cycle after I finish the 3 months of AE. I'm running that for 3 months and want to get blood drawn at the end as I did with M-Test to compare. It was this plan that made me realize that the 11-kt would make that experiment moot.

Now I'm thinking about trying Iconic Formulations ThermoAmp and/or SNS Lean Edge. Any input on stacking the two of those on the AE? I don't see any overlapping ingredients, is there any reason they shouldn't be run together? I may just give the Lean Edge a go.

I'm looking to try the Lean Edge myself. If only the European retailers have it in time when I'm on my next cut. Are you going to keep taking the Paradoxine? That is the only overlapping ingridient I can think of with the Lean Edge. I don't really know anything about the Thermoamp, other than that I like other IF products, so Thermoamp could be a good one also. Lean Edge attacks fat loss from multiple angles, so if it's not so strong on the thermogenesis aspect, then something that is should be a good stacking option (like Thermoamp, going just by the name of it). Unless you are still running the Ursa when adding the Lean Edge, then the Ursa will bring the thermo.

Just some thoughts that popped up.

I may end up getting bloodwork at 2 months and saving the third bottle of AE to stack in PCT after a hormonal run. 😬
Did you get the new reformulated Lean Edge? I can definitely relate to reading stuff on AM and getting antsy to start running something 😄

I forgot a bit your plan regarding the bloods. So how long it's been since your last dose of the M-Test? I've never thought AE as something that'll really have an effect on hormone levels, just increased strenght and recovery through other mechanisms. The AE in pct is not a bad idea.

I'm never a fan of 'hasting' in to things like ped cycles and stuff, but as you skipped the Derma and later the 11-KT, maybe you've earned the jump to your cycle a bit earlier than planned, lol 😆

Yessir, picked up a bottle from DPS to give it a go. I should have grabbed the 3 pack from SNS last month when it was only like $75 but I waited too long. I think a single bottle run should give me a decent idea of what it can do for me though.

This is what I'm thinking! Ha ha 😁 It definitely won't be a spur of the moment decision. We'll, I say that, but there ARE a fair amount of bottles of anabolics *right next* to the third bottle of AE. In theory, mistakes COULD easily be made! 😉

I all seriousness though I've done a fair bit of research on the 3 or 4 things I would consider running (individually, not a big oral stack 😝) so it won't be blind even if I do make a quick change of course. Serms and cycle assist and such are on hand too so I'm covered there if the moment strikes. Plus I will be getting a baseline blood test before taking anything hormonal so at the very least I'll have at minimum a day's worth of a window! 😆👍

Man I remember your free and TT results on that M-Test. ...I think ppl take peds just to get to where you are naturally lol!

Well not quite. If one takes test for a cycle, their TT is multiple times of that. But sure in a way if someone wants to keep their test 'normal' while running something anabolic that's doing the work, then yeah I guess you can say that. That's how I use 4-Andro basically. Keeps me feeling normal and energized and not suppressed while I have some (another) suppressing compound giving the gains.

But you are right, AW's test levels on M-Test are awesome and I will definitely give it shot myself at some point.

Ha! I was pretty shocked they got that high tbh.

That's what I've been looking at lately, stuff to stack to keep the juices flowing while the juice is flowing. 😜
