I like reading as I find it eliminates the stress from the day. Much like when you’ve had a tough day and hitting the gym makes you feel so much better. If you found an author you really like or a series of books you may be able to really get into reading. I didn’t enjoy reading at first but forced myself to do it every night because I thought it was exercise for the mind. My Grandmother is in her 90s and reads every day and is still very sharp and I attribute that in part to her being such a book worm.I wish I like to read, my attention span is just to short. My mother was a librarian for 40 years, she read a book almost every day!
