Ultra Eleven application site

Just curious if anyone knows why the application site for ultra eleven is mainly nipple line above and same for back. Is it not effective to apply to midsection because of adipose tissue (fat)?

The best areas are ones with less fat. Shoulders, inner arms etc. picture is on the side of the container as well.
