Good to see you back on here. Lots of work done, good job!
Thanks, I miss the gym so much now and body is healed up. Was real interesting to get the farmer/landscaper workout for a few weeks in the sun.

Saved my lawn, it WAS dead and been through so many phases. All the stone will control erosion and stuff, with the french drain now I can setup sports-nets for the kids and extend the fence around.

Just got back from Sea World San Antonio for daughters' 6th Bday. About to hit the Tonal tomorrow morning, just ordered 4x news tubs of blackmarketlabs Adrenolyn Nootropic PRE - this **** with Glycer 65 and Creatine HCl = guaranteed pump city and focus work.

=

Anyway oh man, I now am an expert in Hunter MP Sprinklers and can fix all my irrigation, after tilling and hitting it with a tiller on the drip line + shovel on pipe in backyard sprinkler + knocked a few Hunter MP sprinkler heads off... Called a couple irrigation guys and bought some new tools :) Even stoned in the AC boxes and utility boxes, removed the silly watering hoses (who waters near transformer boxes)? This was trench-ware fare 101, had to DUMP all the STONE into the trench,... before, during heavy TX flash flood (to save the trecnh work, avoid erosion) before the French drain pipe arrived, got strong GEOTEXTILE rolls and shoveled it all stone+dirt back out of said trench on the geotextile... dropped the damn pipe system finally, and then did MANY "neutral grip deadlift" on 150' of super geotextile to push all the stone + dirt over the pipe and tamp it all down.

I'm going to let it rest for the rest of the summer... then take my 2' and 4' level in the fall/winter, after some rains soften the clay-soil and go back cut/level all the stone all the way around (phase 2 pending).

Alright back plain pharma-grade Test. Just tapering back to 100mg/week. Will get fasted morning blood panels in a day or so.

Since I have been off the 200mg Test mix + 400 EQ for two weeks now... test levels should be low.

With all that tea, land scaping & yard work, Gatorade in the sun... In the mornings sweat and throwing stone and bags of dirt... Let's see how my cholesterol and hemocrit look now.

Keeping in mind I did just do an M-Sten cycle and hit 209lbs prior to this outdoor high volume shovel +stone work outs... Now down to 205lbs but doing good considering non ideal diet and extra morning fasts thrown in.

Post bloodwork in a few days. See ya soon gents and ladies, also starting back up Tonal and Dumbbells I think tomorrow.

Hopefully get to Urologist in 2-3 weeks and start the dose Titration, got extra "adrenolyn" pre workout from black market labs...and lots of Apex Triton since I'll have to go-to my old script of 60mg/week Test C to show the Urologist... Why I need titrated upward, get issued new script to override my old lady Cali endocrinologist.. old man dose non sense.

OK, so one last yard workout project. Day 1 = 1/4 acre of perimeter fence stain = 6 hours of squats + shoulders (painting in between 6' sections) with a 4-gallon Dewalt backpack sprayer... loaded on the back with liquid... Day 2 = More 3+ hours squats with 4-gallons of liquid on the shoulders, while painting up/down the whole fence line.

Next time I will modify to add a longer spray hose and wheel around with my red-wheel barrow or cart. It does self-balance when set down, so a hand-cart or dolly would work too. Definitely, a powerful sprayer uses the same batteries as my drill/saw.

I'm still a bit sore, but the fence and garden are nearing done, just gotta level all this retention block now..

Tonal + dumbells workouts to resume shortly, bloodwork coming (decided to delay one week, 2-weeks after getting off EQ + Test blast, did 100mg Test C only, this week drop to 70mg and call the Urologist for TRT dose titration work finally).

Slowly rehabbing Bermuda there also.. now all that french drain and other work is done.

Alright at Quest Labs now, this morning getting fasted bloodwork this morning. Had a.little OJ around midnight see if that skews blood sugar values.

Tonal starts today, first workout back since my work/house mods/family stuff break coming back. Body got beat up and stiff from all that and all the kids Bday parties cake and pizza, ugh. Will post updated restart pics and e-scale soon.

3 steps forward this year but a step back, physique wise this summer l, worth it overall but now time to get right from all the travel, landscape, farm/garden work stuff (all the lifting months prior.. made work easier but now stiff and core needs rehab again)

Been on plain Test C 100mg for 3 weeks have Urologist titration work next also to get better than 60mg/week script.

Alright bloodwork done yesterday, waiting on results... urology for TrT this Thursday AND finally first day back in the gym.

Chest and Triceps feel good warmup day 9.5k Lbs surprised I hit some PR on triceps moves... Maybe all that farm/landscape/stone work helped? Some rest and change of moves away. From regular weights? Stamina was still a bit reduced but overall felt pretty good.

Only on Test C 100mg/week and that was 5-days ago just Apex Triton for a morning boost.

Woot so got quick back and biceps on Friday, am Tonal just 9K Lbs before work.. so busy for son's 4th Bday party Saturday didn't get to post but also good news on bloodwork. Liver recovers quick, hemocrit only slightly high.. and cholesterol returning back.. will post images of all results with e-scale tomorrow.

So feeling fit and after I get the Halloween decorations up and a final fall mow in, hit shoulders and try out new Tonal leg cuff attachments.

Oh yeah two last teeth implants, replaced all crowns with cerec type.. I feel like @Smont sparring partner right now. But good to get them finally fixing old dental work from the 1990s.
-
Yay, also finally got a good Urologist now in TX so Test Cyp 100mg/week script fix + Cialis (DOPE). And dose Titration in progress see if it needs bumped up slightly..

Then I have 6-months until next exams scan squeeze in a CoreLabs Tren+ Or Brawn Pmag cycle, etc. Light EQ after to cement the gains with TRT.. seems to work for me.

Halloween the house out tomorrow, so glad I go all the new house landscaping fixes done before the rains hit. Next year add solar and gen+batt hrybid backup.

EDIT - adding Tonal workout log from Friday.

Bloodwork post, see notes directly above.

Recovering pretty well after Mecha /M-Sten runs. Cholesterol almost back to normal l, kidney and liver all good, hemocrit only slightly high from EQ after to solidify gains

Held weight now 204.4lbs even with pizza and sweat tea and imperfect landscape workouts this summer. Back to the gym now.

Long term still shooting for 210lbs base weight and lean.

Donating upregulates blood production in response - it creates a cycle of needing to donate to manage things. 50 is zero reason for concern, so if he can manage it without phlebotomy it’s better not to mess with it.

Only my older bloodwork from years ago it used to have 52 listed as the top of normal range! Pretty much everyone seemingly educated I’ve been able to listen to makes it sound like low 50s is fine; it’s high 50s you need to take action (when you don’t live at elevation) because 60 is where the real risk is lying.

Staying hydrated goes into this as well of course. Just drinking water to keep the blood full & pumping right does so much good.

Nice, I will still figure this out, just in case I let it get too high, but just keeping EQ cycle length in check seems to be OK so far. It's the only negative side from EQ thus far.

Thanks Hyde, much appreciated as always. Good to know I can lower hemocrit without blood draw and just keep EQ cycle length reasonable l, long but not too long.

Managed to get quick shoulders 8.5k lbs on Tonal done today... Just trying to get back at it, have this reptilian condition.. Dragon-AZZ.

So cracked fresh Apex Triton and Ursula today.

Well good news, as expected.. IMA cheap date! 100mg of Test Cyp per week gets me right to 594ng/dL (mid range healthy male) with the Urologist titration. I could bump to say 110mg or 120mg, and see what's effect has through private bloodwork now to "fine tune" titration a bit.

My blasts should have never been 300mg when I first got on here with Yates' ol fire Test E 300.. no wonder I had >3000ng/dL level off the chart test levels lol.

New TX urology doc is 😎, got 6 month of Test Cyp 200 for like one copay $20. And a steady supply of real Cialis. I guess there's daily oral testosterone now, aside from gels, and even these under the skin implant things.. I'd do the oral one if i were better at regular vitamin regimen, but hard to beat oil depot's for long term hormone regulation...

Also anyone elses icon/avatar just disappeared??

Thanks all is well just balancing a lot. Back at regular regimen in gym coming. Think I'm gonna start off the Brawn P-Mag, since the Mecha agrees well with me try it's cousin out (get strength and a bit of size back up) And then Tren+ Core Labs to lean out after the holidays, now done with docs for a while...

Plus now I know my rate of blood markers recovery l, so I won't over cycle and can run better bloodwork and cholesterol maintenance regimen to help now going forward.

How goes it down in Houston?

On a brigter note, just tried MUSCLETECH - yes them - back with "Euphoriq" preworkout... innovative caffeine replacement, tried it this weekend - pretty darn good.
=
https://www.muscletech.com/products/pre-workout/euphoriq/ (a little TOO sweet, but damn energy was clean and focus was quite good). Can't wait to throw some Glycer 65 and use it in the gym, not just to knockout the to-do list..

Alright, finally back at it 11k lbs of back and biceps on Tonal today. Got a good pump. My depression was building up being out of the gym, I'm much like Ryan Russo that way gym helps regulate the mood.

I've gone for a few months, definitely let some of the work I put in until this past summer slack a bit... diet tanked when I left the gym (too much TX pizza and sweet-tea and kid's bday cakes).

MuscleTech Euphoriq is legit (no caffeine, paraxanthine is GREAT so far) . Also, since my Urology TRT dose titration is done... and bloodwork is clear from previous cycles... popping that TRT + Brawn P-Mag cycle now :)

Just starting at 70mg (35mg caps each), work up to 105mg and then 140mg Pmag daily. Hope this is as good experience as Mechabol.

Will post the new diet / cycle / supps / organ support while on cycle soon, next post.

Welcome back brother. Working on coming back from an inury/set back myself.
Thanks Sega! Until I hit the $M mark I feel like I can lift 7-9 mo out of the year, just cause I have a young biz /young fam/ house to pay off etc. Hard to be 12 mo consistent until I pull a Tony Hughes (you know that lawyer guy from Enhanced Athlete) and can retire early and just train as much as I want.. no trips to Thailand though lol.

But keep plugging it's still worth it, long run keep fit + fight long term depression.

Well time to hit weekly 100mg Test C TRT and Pmag already seems to have a similar "mood lifting" effect to Mechabol, then hit the gym.

What did you injure, recover?

Alright today was chest + triceps day, well got through 10.5klbs, but Tonal didn't log my last set (small glitch, don't hit "end workout" before letting your last set elapse on the computer). So it' logged at 9.8k lbs, lol oh well.

[Cycle = Brawn Pmag + Test Cyp]

[Comprehensive Liver/Kidney with some heart Support = Nutriissa Cycle Support + TUDCA]

[Additional Heart, Vitamin, Cholesterol, Probiotics] Courtesy of guys like @Hyde and other gents (memory failing me right now)

Wow, just managed to do 2nd quad IM injection.
Not as bad as I thought, might become a new goto. I have "runners legs" and plan to develop the quads-here - now I have the "leg-cuffs" and use Tonal (they finally allow you to save "custom moves" not generically, but specify).

Tonal handles are 'simple T-lock" so one could attach most things to this, also Tonal's screen = BIG on/off button, you don't really need the clickers = really love this thing, glad it's paid off. It's an amazing "functional trainer" that tracks all your form and can really do it all, even more than a $3k split pulley traditional functional trainer.

Digital + magnetic pulley weight can be tougher than plain iron on some exercises because you're always under tension, there's no way to use momentum or cheat really, or change the angle of the weight wrt/gravity, like on dumbbell flyes, etc.

Alright quick update today, got deadlift, calves and shoulders workout in Tonal today, 11.5klbs. getting back at it.

Spine finally loosening up and getting used to this again.

PMag feels a lot like a Mechabol so far, bumped to 105mg (3x caps, 4x is their max suggested on Brawns bottle). Definitely feel the "mood lift" like Mechabol and protein synthesis in the muscles.

Gotta love an oral steroid with low sides, decent gains, and double as anti depressant! Aside from the fact working out does that too, this just makes ya wanna do it more.

Man that Muscletech Euphoriq Nootropic Pre workout with Praxitine (caffeine replacement) is very good energy, no nasty drop off like Adderall. No caffeine short bump and roll.

Also back in camp Muscletech for their high protein vanilla mass gainer tubs, other than the fact it has creatine in it.. pretty good. Miss the old Dymatize and BSN vanilla mass gainers..

PMag sounds nice!

MuscleTech just signed Blessing if you follow BBers. Like that for him, although would've rather seen him go with a brand like Ryse to help boost them, which was one of ones he mentioned he was close to signing with.

PMag = appetite and no soreness for sure. Bit of a mood lift like the Mechabol, might be tad bit stronger (or just how it feels)...

Also, lifting and cycle also took a pause past few days... Got this flu/RSV non sense some crazy whooping cough and sinus flare up. Coughed so hard pulled a muscle between left shoulder/blade neck! Yikes, thank God for HyperIce and wifey getting some woerd enjoying causing me pain through percussion massage therapy lol.

Back at it soon! Tomorrow.morn. need to eat more.

Just got my arse finally back in the gym after finally kicking this flu. Finally got 3km rowing + 1.5mi light cycling on my Nordictracks in the bedroom gym extension.

Did the rowing after wifey did HyperIce round 2 on back flare up from that gnarly cough.

Lungs finally clear with Mucinex (guiafenesin).

Going to resume Lifting and PMag cycle after Turkey day tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving gents!

Bit of extra delay to getting going again - still here - but family's health challenges + holidays + business stuff... just kicking my arse at the moment.

Was in very good shape (for me) ~210lbs and getting lean around the waist from the summer. I find with landscaping/outdoor work I could keep most of that for 2-3 months... But my diet and lack of workouts - total yoyo on the sweet-tea and pizza and what not here. Anyway, I love doing this to myself, 3-steps forwards... 2-steps back.

Regardless, keeping the wife healthy (laser eye surgery late October) + my flu + kids colds/flus, school things.. It Bugs the heck out of me, cause I'm slightly bipolar -in that when I'm outta the gym being overly stressed by life obligations... my diet tanks and depression will set in... When I do workout and get in a rythym of a couple weeks, I can maintain for 6-12 months... and I naturally get my hunger back, cook well eat, well, and attitude is generally in check. Like no middle ground for me.
==
I'm probably back to 200-205lbs and added a bit of love handle again. Really need to do a Dr. Tony Huge, make a few $M retire early so I can actually focus on health/self, and have enough resources to take care of the family... without daily 18+ hour grind.

I can't make myself follow a diet if I am not working out either. I do the part I love which is lifting then everything else falls together. I wish my goal was more health related then it would be easier to do when not lifting. However it is strength and vanity that drives me when it really comes down to it.

Being physically active is NECESSARY for optimal MENTAL HEALTH! Your body is designed to move, and training/exercising releases endorphins and does all kinds of positive chemical things in the brain, as well as physical health.

One of the best things I’ve ever heard Juji Mufu say was that practicing physical fitness is a HYGIENE - it must be a part of your life routine for optimal wellness. It’s not some luxury for millionaires to get in shape once they’ve retired. Any independent adult can set a very early alarm clock or stay up late 3-4 days per week to move their body however they are able for at least 30 minutes.

I am not lecturing you - I am encouraging you to pursue what you just admitted to us: getting into a fitness routine of ANY kind cascades into positivity for your entire life. If all you can commit to is 30 minutes MWF before the kids get up, do it! You will be a better more able father for it. Assuming you get at least 4 hours of sleep a night average, that 30 min of missed sleep won’t actually help as much the exercise will. You won’t make it to retirement if you become totally sedentary, overstressed, develop metabolic syndrome as you become skinny fat and have a cardiac event in the next decade.

Thanks brother! The 'hygiene' and long-term health + anti-depression aspect won the wife over. So good news. Got workouts in the past three days, house ready for Xmas, and even got the wife to start training on Rower + Tonal. Being she's Sri Lankan they're more a vacation island culture, lol so finally getting her going!

So Friday was 17klbs Chest + Triceps + neutral grip deadlifts.

Saturday was spine-recovery 'prehab lifting' days.
Lots of scapular flexes and extra overhead arm stretches, only 8klbs but it was important to just "crunchies" from the coughing back-blowout of muscle near upper C4-C5 area couple weeks before. Also, did 3km of Nordictrack rower... After that I'll be able to put longer routine on back days, saved bis for shoulder day.

Sunday was 10klbs shoulders + biceps pumps workout with 2mi Nodictrack cycle warmup. That Muscle Tech Euphoriq = new favorite preworkout. Clean Energy (paraxanthine, not caffeine) and a good Nootropic + pump blend. Yuzu lemondate is best.
=
Diet = 3 squares a day for self and family + shakes and preworkouts and snacks to supplement. Diet and hunger have already improved, soon as I hit the gym.

Yes I'm sticking with plain TRT 100mg Test Cyp, and just P-Mag 110mg per day. With Nutriissa cycle support and TUDCA of course, other items notes before for heart and cholesterol too.
=
About the Tonal = love the "Custom handle / rope / bar move" and they say I can "edit these to make custom exercises now". They have a big, easy to search library... need to figure out how to edit & save custom moves (they should let you upload a picture of the move too).

I have 3rd party Tonal leg cuffs with their T-lock, I swear tonight / tomorrow, going to get Quad-extensions going on Tonal (my legs not making progress, lol). goblet squats and deadlifts and using a reebok step in picture, for the calf-raises on tonal all fine. If I can get the quad-extension going that would be a win.

Lastly the MUSIC = 90's HIPHOP channel on Tonal = BEST (Nas, Biggie, Das EFX, Naughty by Nature, Tupac, Dre, more..). Slightly annoying they play 'clean Tupac', like seriously OK give me a 'kids mode' button otherwise don't mess up CLASSIC G'rap like that.

Man I’m really happy for you, to hear you made the decision to invest in your health & wellness for your family! Also great the wife is trying some stuff out.

Living well is about balance, and having routine activity is part of maintaining that balance!

Congrats on getting the wife involved. Hopefully she sticks with it. Sounds like you are hitting your stride again. If you still have a hard time with the leg extensions you could probably pick up a sissy squat set up without taking up much room in your training area. Even body weight would allow some growth and adding in a little resistance will really crank those up.

Good call, currently googling sissy squat machines versus the triangular incline press, hack squat stations.

Euphoriq yuzu lemonade sounds great!
It's very good just finished my first tub of it. Nice to see MuscleTech still putting out something good and new. The strawberry-watermellon Euphoriq (forget the moniker) is a bit too arti-sweet, but mixes will with a lot of water.

And turns out whey is back on the menu for me, perhaps that summer bout of indigestion was that or some stomach flu thing. I really thought I had totally become whey intolerant though. Stocked up on my fav 80:20 dutch chocolate from Build Fast Formula before they close shop end of November, that's mostly 80% casein but still 20% whey.

Good news on the whey front. Like I mentioned then it could have had to do with the orals on top of other things.

True that, forgot to mention that.. actually the more likely cause, but what was confusing was the rest of the family was sick (young kids, wife, my in-laws all took turns after spring FL vacation). So I didn't know if their flu turned into my stomach flu, etc.. but good call I'll watch for that given I'm on TRT and PMag again, but not high dose. I'll have to look back if that was MSten or Mecha that gave me indigestion...

All orals can do this, especially the more you use them. It’s not really a dosage thing, more just exposure over time.

Yep, I am recovering from it right now from TBol. About a week out and already doing better but it will take a couple weeks to be completely over it. I need to get some glutamine to help with it.

Glutamine at 10g twice a day helps so much for sure.
Shoot wish I'd known that before.. hopefully modified diet will keep it at bay, no spicy foods on cycle extra carbs ok a bit too, need the calories anyway.
