Got home from work this morning at 8:00am I got 2 Caps of True Shred and 3 Caps of ZMA with melatonin and it was off to sleep for a solid 4 hours. I woke up and took my 3 Caps of Lean Mode and broke my fast with my signature shake.

Today was a legit rest day for me. I was up for 28 hours and squeezed in two solid workouts in that period of time. Today I took in a higher amount or carbs. I felt like my body needed to be replenished. My protein levels were not the best today not sure what happened, my calories were still on the lower side considering. Im going to hit a good PULL DAY tomorrow which im really looking forward too. I dont think im going to fast tomorrow either. As soon as I complete my workout and im going to get some protein into my system. I feel like when im working nights my body needs more nutrients. Ill leave you with my macros for the day. 5AM WORKOUT TOMORROW.

Switched up my workout a little bit got really deep into my pull ups. My back and biceps were completely smoked after that. I had an insane pump going throughout my whole body that I felt lasted for several hours. My body comp is definitely starting to change, I feel leaner and look fuller for sure.

What’s up everyone, had to take a two day break from the log. Got some devastating news on Thursday that a good friend passed away unexpectedly. Some cheat meals and some good beers went down over the weekend. This week is back to business and the start of INVICTUS. Let’s go its on.

DAY #16 Sorry for the delay i'm going to weigh in on friday because i'm carrying salt and some bloat.

Its been a rough couple of days, but im feeling good and back grinding. I tweaked my lower back slightly and my right shoulder has been a little bit shitty the last push day.


I switched up my routine a little bit and went to a Chest/Back - Shoulders/Legs- Bicep/Tricep Split. Im staying away from the Flat bench for a little bit just give my shoulder some time heal up.

Workout was super tough with the super sets thats why your not seeing any extra post workout cardio for today. The pump I had was insane especially the flys at the end. Even though I didnt hit any heavy bench today the workout was still brutal. The Pull ups absolutely destroyed me.

As soon as I got home I put down my post workout shake. Im going to shower and apply my Sustain Alpha and then Invictus before bed. Im back on track and ready to slay the **** out of the gym and my diet.

Lower back injuries are the worst. You don't realize how you use your lower back for so many simple activities in life until you hurt it.

My stamina was in question when I started then the Super Soldier really showed its teeth and let me rip through it.
