Trinitine the new creatine (Unsponsored Log)

Any idea of how good this product is so far compared to others eg neovar, greenmag ect

Never used greenmag so can't compare on that supp but I have used neovar and never really got much from it.

As for the Trinitine I'm starting to see good strength increases and improved endurance.

Day 14

That was Fridays workout Back & Triceps:

Chins : BWT x 8 , BWT x 7 , BWT x 6
Bent BB rows : 220lb x 10 , 264 x 8 , 290lb x 6
Close grip 45degree pulldowns :220lb x 10 , 220lb x 8 , 220lb x 6
DB pullovers : 110 x 10 , 110 x 8
Machine pulldowns : 154lb x 8 , 135lb x 12
Smith close grip bench : 220lb x 12 , 265 x 10 , 310 x 6 x 2
Triceps dip machine : 220lb x 12 , 240lb x 10 , 240lb x 8

My strength is really starting to improve. Found I had plenty of endurance during this workout.
In fact I felt I could have kept training for a bit longer but decided against it.
After completing the pullovers I had a huge pump that was almost painful.
Really starting to enjoy this supplement. :veryhappy:

Day 15

Yesterdays workout was Shoulders:

Seated BB press : 154lb x 10 , 180lb x 6 x 2 , 135lb x 12
Bend side raises : 35lb x 10 , 45lb x 10 , 54lb x 8 , 54lb x 6
Front (s) DB raises : 95lb x 8 , 95lb x 7
Rear delt machine : 135lb x 10 , 155lb x 10 , 165lb x 10 , 165lb x 8
BB shrugs : 240lb x 10 , 305lb x 10 x 2
Shrugs in hack squat mac : 6 plates x 10 x 2

Another strong improvement from the week before.
Once again felt like I could of kept training and training.
Only negative was that my left elbow didn't like the heavy pullovers from the night before and I had to wear a wrap when shoulder pressing.
But all in all another good solid workout.

sounds like it is a solid creatine product, strenght and endurance gains kicking in about 2 week mark, any bloating with this?

I am seeing a little bloating but it may also coincide with the fact I've started eating some bread again and I always get slight bloat from bread consumption. :food:

I don't know if front loading my have seen the results kick in quicker but yes its certainly happening now.

Day 17

Last night was Chest & Biceps and I scored a free 7 day pass to another gym in my city called RAMPAGE.

Incline DB: 110lb x 10 , 110lb x 9 , 110lb x 7
Decline Smith Bench : 310lb x 8 , 310lb x 6 x 2
Flat DB flys : 70lb x 10 , 83lb x 8 , 83lb x 6
Cable crossovers : 68lb x 12 , 82lb x 10 x 2
Standing BB curls : 110lb x 10 , 122lb x 8 , 122lb x 6
Floor laying cable curls : 83lb x 10 , 83lb x 8 , 70lb x 10
DB preacher curls : 33lb x 10 , 44lb x 8
Hammer DB curls : 66lb x 10

Even though we trained at a different gym I still had another improved workout from the week before.
Strength and endurance both continue to improve and after my training partner finish I stayed behind to complete one last set of hammer curls as I was enjoying the bicep pump so much.
Once again another solid workout.

RAMPAGE - wtf?? Is that up by the Magogs, bro?

No no that's what "Club Health" is now called.
New owners are making some changes and that's the first thing they did.
Easy to see why.

It wasn't a bad place to train actually , just needs some heavier DBs.
Same problem at our usual gym.
Should have stolen the 60kg ones from the old Fitness Company before it closed.
Could of hidden them in Bunits gym bag. :slomo:

Day 19

Last night was Legs:

Squats : 396lb x 8 , 440 x 6 , 462 x 3
Leg press :528lb x 12 , 616lb x 10 , 704 x 8
Leg curls : 132lb x 8 , 120lb x 8 x 2
Leg exten : 180lb x 10 , 180lb x 8 x 2
Standing calf exten : 250lb x 15 , 340lb x 10 x 3

Real happy with the leg workout. Squats were nice and strong considering last week I didn't do much for legs(sore knee) and the week before that I had only done 10 sets of 10 @ 300lb.
Workout partner asked why I stopped at 3 reps when doing the 462 squat. "Cause I want to be able to walk the tomorrow".
Today my legs are very very sore and every time I flex them they start to cramp up.
Had great difficulty climbing the 1 level of stairs at work.

Endurance was good at the start of the workout but by the time I'd finished the heavy leg presses I did feel slightly nauseated.
That feeling didn't subside until I got home and had a little lay down on the sofa.

Haven't weighted myself all week but I know its up.
I'll wait until we return back to our usual gym on Saturday and use the same electronic scales.

Dang nice workout man...I am adding trinitine in next week hope i get some nice results :)

Thanks Bolt.
Paying the price today man.

Yes , I'm real pleased with the Trinitine. Took about 2 weeks to kick in though. :veryhappy:

Day 21

Tonight was Back & triceps :

Low Pully rows : 212lb x 12 , 300lb x 6 , 290lb x 8 , 260lb x 10
Lat pull downs : 154lb x 12 , 212lb x 10 , 212lb x 8 x 2
Lat Machine : 212lb x 10 x 2
Laying bench BB rows: 132lb x 10 x 2
Smith close grip bench : 308lb x 8 , 330lb x 5 , 308lb x 6
Tricep ezi bar pushdowns :120lb x 10 , 132lb x 8 , 132lb x 6 , 100lb x10

It was somewhat hard to gauge my strength with tonight's back workout. The machines at the Rampage gym are so much different to my usual gym.
My hamstrings screamed when I did the low pully rows.
Should of done some deadlifts or bent BB rows but my legs are still hurting real bad from Wednesday's workout.

Weights were up on the smith machine tricep bench presses from last week.
And the one I normally use at City Fitness also has a slight counter weight built in. This one tonight didn't.

Endurance felt good and we certainly didn't rest very long between sets.
Back & triceps both pumped up real good and they still feel pumped now 1 hour later.

sub
interesting log tsb

Welcome VS. :wave2:
Good to see you still working the ladies at the gym.
Some things never change.

Rampage gym a little cheaper on a casual basis TSB?

Nah we scored a free pass for the week at Rampage.

I know the new owner and he also has a supplement shop in NP.
Looks like some good things happening at that gym.

Pity I'm tied into a 2 year contract at City Fitness. :worried:

Day 22

Today's workout was shoulders & cardio back at City Fitness and this was a real off day for me.
Firstly both elbows are real sore and I'm fairly certain its from the heavy squats on Wednesday.
I used to have constant elbow problems when I was powerlifting years ago and it was always from squating.

As soon as I warmed up I knew I was going to have problems.
I still managed to get through the workout but only training at about 70% effort. Not a great workout but that's life.
Roll on next week.

Day 24

Monday's workout was Chest & Biceps:

Incline DB press : 110lb x 12 , 110lb x 10 , 110lb x 8
Decline DB press: 102lb x 8 , 102lb x 8 , 102lb x 7
Incline DB flys: 66lb x 10 , 80lb x 8 , 80lb x 6
Pec Machine : 165lb x 10 x 3

Seated DB curls :50lb x 8 x 3
Negative only BB curls: 110lb x 5 , 88lb x 8 , 88lb x 6
Preacher Mac :22lb x 10 x 2 , 26lb hold for as long as possible.

Had to wear thermal wraps on both elbows last night.
That wasn't anything to do with the weather either.
Both elbows are still slightly sore from last week and I'm having to nurse them through the workouts somewhat.
So considering that I'm still pleased with the strength improvement seen.
Body weight is definitely up 2-4lbs from the start of the Trinitine.

Tomorrow will be legs so I'll be looking at wrapping my elbows when squating to help reduce anymore trauma.

Day 26

Last nights workout was legs:

Hack Squats: 528lb x 10 , 616lb x 10 , 704lb x 10 , 792lb x 7 (shoulder width stance)
Leg press : 528lb x 10 , 616lb x 10 , 704lb x 10 (narrow foot position)
Leg Exten : 40lb x 10 x 2
Stiff legged DL : 132lb x 10 , 176lb x 10
Seated calf raises : 132lb x 12 , 176lb x 10 x 2 , 132lb x 10 , 88lb x 15

Lets start by saying how much I hate the gym I train at for only having only one squat rack. :angryfire:

When I arrived last night 2 young guys who are always doing stupid , read it once on a web site exercises had planted themselves on the squat rack.
I was pissed.
They would spend the next hour doing singles at 250lbs, mixed in with lunges and weird stretching exercises.

Anyway once I got over the fact that I don't own the squat rack we decided to hit the hack squats.
I found my strength was real good which may or may not have been related to the fact that I was so angry about not squating.
Ended up having a fairly solid leg workout with good endurance.
Even managed to work the core muscles doing some weird exercises as seen on T nation.com to finish.

Sounds good still. I hate how my gym at school only has two squat racks  The gym I am at now has a few more so I should be good but I hate not getting in on the squat rack on leg day.

If you want to check my log out I started Trinitine on Sunday. If you wanna stop by the link is in my sig. :)

I dropped in and checked it out. Nice work Bolt.
I'll be watching.

Day 28

Tonight's workout was Back & triceps :

Deadlifts : 308lb x 6 , 396 x 5 , 440 x 5
Laying T-Bar rows : 132lb x 8 , 154lb x 7 , 154lb x 6
Lat Machine pulldowns : 200lb x 10 , 230lb x 6 , 215lb x 8
Wide front lat pulldowns : 200lb x 6 , 165lb x 10 , 185lb x 8
Tricep pushdowns : 66lb x 10 , 77lb x 10 , 100lb x 8
Tricep bench dips : BWT + 88lb x 10 , BWT + 132lb x 8 , BWT + 132lb x 10

Tonight was probably one of my best workouts since starting the Trinitine.
Didn't push the DL's too hard as I haven't done any for almost 3 months.
Next week we start back on the GVT and we will be doing 10 sets of 5 reps of DL's. :nervous:
So tonight I just wanted to see where my starting weight might be.

The rest off the workout went real well.
Had a huge upper back pump and even managed to hit the triceps fairly hard on the bench dips.

So my Trinitine run is almost over. I finish on Sunday.
I'll give it a final review on Sunday and that will be the end of my log. :wave2:

brother you need to sort it out, at worst you may have to pay $100 to get out of your contract. you should be training at our gym, we could do with a good man like you tsb

I think your right about that VS.
The longer I continue at City Fitness the more I'm starting to feel the HATE.
Even had some young punk take one of my 40lb plates of the bench tonight when I turned away for a couple of seconds. :chairshot:

Final Trinitine Review

Yesterday I finished the Trinitine so here's my unbiased review after running this supplement for the last month.

Strength : As expected from any effective creatine supplement I had a good increase in strength. Didn't kick in until the end of the 2nd week but this may also have been related to the training program that I had been following prior to starting the Trinitine.
Also next time I would seriously consider running it for 8 weeks instead of only 4.

Endurance: I saw a very noticeable improvement in endurance and most workouts I would also experience a good pump. Muscles also felt full during the day.

Body Weight: At the start of this log I weighted between 218-220lb most days. I now weight between 222-224lb so that's an increase of roughly 4lbs.
I will be interested to see over the next couple of weeks if this drops back.

Bloating : Can't say for sure if the trinitine caused any bloating. I did have more than a couple of days when I was bloated in the stomach but I'm fairly sure this was related to bread consumption. I seem to have a slight gluten intolerance.
Cramping : I experienced no cramping when using the Trinitine.

So overall I was very pleased with the Trinitine.
Would I purchase this supplement again. Yes I would. But next time I'd grab 2 bottles and as I said earlier run it for 8 weeks.

Does it live up to its claim of being the most scientifically advanced and most effective form of creatine ever developed ? I dunno.
Maybe if I'd run it longer I could comment further on that claim.

All I can say is for me it worked and I was pleased with the results.

Finally big thanks to all those that followed along.
