Day 26
Last nights workout was legs:
Hack Squats: 528lb x 10 , 616lb x 10 , 704lb x 10 , 792lb x 7 (shoulder width stance)
Leg press : 528lb x 10 , 616lb x 10 , 704lb x 10 (narrow foot position)
Leg Exten : 40lb x 10 x 2
Stiff legged DL : 132lb x 10 , 176lb x 10
Seated calf raises : 132lb x 12 , 176lb x 10 x 2 , 132lb x 10 , 88lb x 15
Lets start by saying how much I hate the gym I train at for only having only one squat rack. :angryfire:
When I arrived last night 2 young guys who are always doing stupid , read it once on a web site exercises had planted themselves on the squat rack.
I was pissed.
They would spend the next hour doing singles at 250lbs, mixed in with lunges and weird stretching exercises.
Anyway once I got over the fact that I don't own the squat rack we decided to hit the hack squats.
I found my strength was real good which may or may not have been related to the fact that I was so angry about not squating.
Ended up having a fairly solid leg workout with good endurance.
Even managed to work the core muscles doing some weird exercises as seen on T nation.com to finish. :thumbsup:
