*rear cable fly: 7.5x20 (3 rounds, 15 sec iso)
*high incline smith press: 35x8 ( 3 rounds)
*cable side lateral: 5x10 ( 3 rounds)

Comments
Another great workout. Since I am in a deficit my strength is pretty stalled. still nothing to note on AE. No increase in pumps, no strength gains, nothing. No libido increase. Recovery has been the same as always.

Comments
grueling workout. Absolutely brutal. Didn’t help that i took my pup trail running the day before.

*cg pushups: 4 x failure (15,12,10-12,10)
*seated db press: 40x10 ( 4 rounds, program called for 10 sec iso, but i didn’t want to drop the weight so i did 2-3 sec iso pause every rep and this felt great)
*cable crunch: 65x10-12 ( 4 rounds)
*seated calf raise: 75x10,10,10,10,10,10>50xfailure>25xfailure

that pwo combo was crazy good for pumps. Biceps filled up from the 2nd warm up curl.

Sip on the dextrose pre workout or split the dose intra so you get carbs into the system and enhance the pump

This workout was fun and quick. Focused all on enjoying the pump from the non-stim pwo. lat pump on the rows was great.
Still nothing to note anabolic effect product. So far a waste of money and only 1 week left

*deadlifts: 275x3 (too heavy), 255x3 for 9 rounds (first 5 sets 30 sec rest, last 5 sets 1 min rest)
*seated machine press calf: 190x15 (8 sets)

Comments
1st day of week 6 gamma bomb. Last week of phase 1, last week of Anabolic Effect. Then off to a mini vacation. I am going hard this week. Down to 180 today, from dropping extra cals this week.

likewise sir! can't wait for those sales tomorrow. I hear some ridiculous sales about to drop. I just finished some BCAAs not too long ago that I bought last year.

Final review for Anabolic Effect
I have 1 final dosing left but i’ll post my highlights
-no increased anything from this product
-diet dictates how you do every week
-this week recovery decreased due to lower calories, no help from AE
-no pumps
-no strength increase
-wasted my money

Just added another ~100 calories going to take a week off from gamma bomb to high evolutionary. Seem to be maintaining my weight so slowly add calories to see how i do

Brutal workout. Have been able to maintain weight 182lbs. Extra 100 cals feel great with satiating appetite. Might be able to add a little more.

great way to finish legs for this program. Did some, not all of the back workout on sunday. Also went to LA fit expo on sunday and tried 2 new reign infernos. Today is last day of program then taking 5 days off.
