Yeah I hate cold rice I'll usually opt for pasta if I know I have to eat it cold

Lol..I like mine Mexican style but its warm...arroz con Leche...it's rice with milk, cinnamon, and sugar, some people add raisins or a little butter, it's basically oatmeal but with white rice instead of oats..damn @Smont I'm sooo hungry stupid abs and stupid vascularity lol

Gym was open till 1pm so I did a vertical pull day.

I'm still kinda transitioning over to volume as I'm still incorporating heavy weight low rep sets and mixing it up here and there.

But the biggest thing I've noticed since making this transition over the volume is it's hard to not raise the weight, it's hard to not add drop sets and intensifiers, the whole point is to stick to the plan and increase incrementally over weeks and months until I hit that maximum volume threshold. But it's really hard to do four sets of 12 on a week that I know I could have did four sets of 3 or added 10lbs or something like that.

The goal is to not hit failure or at least not hit it very often until I'm closing in on the final weeks where I'm working up to 20 sets or 24 sets per body part which I still have a long ways to go.

The workouts tend to be a bit longer than I like and it's not that I don't like working out for this long because I do , but they get boring.

Usually by the time I'm on my second working set I'm ready to do a set extender or a drop set or a rest pause get it over with and move on.

Just got to stick with it, the results are pleasing and because it's a new type of stimulus in a new style of training for me for the most part it's nice to see progression week by week even though I'm not pushing my food or on a cycle.

Just thinking out loud and making some notes

That's cool about your gym...crunch was closed today! I understand Christmas day but they could've atleast been open till 1 like yours. Even 24 hour fitness back in the day stayed open till 1. It was dead in there last night tho say maybe they looked at last years numbers and decided it wasn't worth it. Damn commercial gyms and the members who say they don't want to look like bodybuilders but deep down they would in a second!

Breakfast was 4oz spiral ham, 4 whole eggs and 2 bagels, coffee with cream.

1 scoop Collision course and 10gm eaa's

1/2lb turkey breast with rice and peppers

Now I'm at Thanksgiving dinner, obviously not weighing my food here but ham, turkey, mash potatoes, brussel sprouts.

We're not celebrating till Saturday because of family scheduling. So normal bb diet today. Keeping kcals low so I can crush it Saturday. I know it's turkey, stuffing, Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes. Can't wait, other than the stuffing it is mostly bodybuilding food lol

One small slice of chocolate cream pie, one small slice of pumpkin pie, four chocolate truffles a scoop of some stuff called ambrosia .

I'm pulling the plug now. I feel like I enjoyed my day without eating like too much of an a****** so that's it for me, or at least I'm saying that's it for me I'm probably going to take a nap and then wake up around 11:00 I need A slice of cheesecake 👿

I meant to post this this morning but I've been working on grip strength as my hands are fucked up, but between holding things with my fingertips for time, the occasional hand crushers and if you guys have seen any of my pull days I do lots of hammer curl variations and reverse curls and while I can't say my grip strength is getting super impressive my lower arm development is getting impressive in my opinion. Drastic changes in the past 3-4 months

I don't even know what all these little muscles are but there starting to show development and I'd say my body fat is reasonably High for it to be showing this good. I can't wait to see what this looks like once I strip off a couple body fat percentages

Idk if it matters but he's 5'6 193lbs, he's gonna compete at 198 most likely but if his weight shoots up he doesn't care if he goes up a weight class

Everyone’s dosing is different, so what is “a lot” comes back to previous drug history, but if ~ 1 gram of bread & butter oils worked well last time for him, I don’t see the need to add 650mg of more aggressive toxic compounds - adding either the Winny OR Tren will be a huge power adder over the previous competition cycle.

Just using NPP over EQ will probably make him retain more fluid/improve leverage & be a more potent combo, so I would have him pick Winny or Tren and leave it there. And there’s no reason to take so much damn Anadrol when he’s never used it. 50mg will already make a huge increase in neurology; my muscles felt ready to pop constantly. Like one wrong jerky move and I might cramp and rip my hamstring off.

For comparison, final month of my last prep was:

-750 test e
-250 deca
-100 DHB
-50 var/day
-50 adrol/day final 10 days

So 1,450mg/wk to maintain 265-270lbs, of less toxic ****, to total 55 more lbs than him. You don’t get any special awards for taking less drugs than someone, but if something worked well then there’s no reason to increase dosages so radically - you can take too much gear and it becomes counterproductive. Blood pressure gets too high, anxiety, overloaded nervous system from being too amped, terrible sleep, lifting so much heavier weights so fast you get burnt out or injured. Best way to avoid that is to be progressive with adding gear, just like food and training. You don’t just jump from 3k calories to 5k.

Damn I love anadrol but I couldn't imagine 150mg especially on your first time!
It's not his first time, also, believe it or not, 150mg isint a lot. I mean it is if you ran it daily for 6-8 weeks but not for 10 days. Guys use double that, hell, they prescribe 300mg to children with certain medical issues

Oh nevermind, I somehow missed a whole paragraph in your initial response.

Ya I find it strange to alter the cycle so much.

Seeing how good last meet went idk why he wouldn't just replicate it and then maybe add some tren at the end.

600 test, 350-450eq and then add tren and a oral the last 6 weeks, I thought that seemed to make a lot more sense.

I honestly think that his coach is putting him on someone else's cycle that he saw worked good. Or he's just assuming that this massive jump will add a bunch of new strength.

They give pre teen children 300mg a day and there not dropping dead, and mind you these kids are in poor health to begin with.

I've got probably 10 to 12 lb of turkey meat and another four to five pounds of spiral ham so I'll probably be eating a lot of ham and turkey over the weekend lol

Totally get the ab spasms..or maybe mine cramp...the other day they started spasming and I lifted my shirt up to show my training partner and another kid that was with us and their mouths dropped. They're like bro your shredded!!! I have veins in my abs going down through my thighs now it's crazy never thought I'd could get like this again
When you're spasm, do they actually move, mine twitch and move out of the place there supposed to be. It's extremely painful

Like imagine your looking at the lowest abdominal muscle on the left side, it will cramp up, twitch and look like it's separated into 2 muscles and neither of them look like they're where they're supposed to be lol

Yeah very true, BUT that’s not in the context of a muscular adult male who will already have elevated blood pressure & RBC from the previous 4 month blast.

Believe me I’ve heard some crazy stuff, but I’m just saying it’s not necessary here vs the blood pressure. Having excessively high bp at the meet can be exhausting and harder to not fade over a 10-hour day. Any dose of Anadrol will be helpful.

Dave Tate was talking about Louie Simmons getting mad about guys taking a bunch of Anadrol back in the day; so many guys were tearing **** off the bone left & right they realized they needed to moderate the usage for peaking. You have to actually make it down the drag strip to clock a 1/4 mile time.

I also don't understand 11-12 weeks on winni
Agreed, either Winny or Tren for last 6 weeks is plenty based on previous cycle history & success.

I find this is the time range that sets me up well to peak - you get a new power boost within a couple weeks, and then you begin laying down your peaking cycle lifts, and all the while the boost keeps building while you taper & deload. Then at the meet you are at full boost & fresh from the deload, and well prepared to lift heavy.

Ya it's fukin weird. My core is very strong too, but any time I do direct abdominal work they spasms and it doesn't take long, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps and something will spasm. Usually to the point I have to completely stop training abs for the day.

I think next leg day il just do a set of abs at the end of every leg exercise. Maybe the long breaks between sets will eliminate the problem

But they aren't lifting maximal weight, and probably still somewhat anemic or at least not high HCT.
Ya it's fukin weird. My core is very strong too, but any time I do direct abdominal work they spasms and it doesn't take long, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps and something will spasm. Usually to the point I have to completely stop training abs for the day.

I think next leg day il just do a set of abs at the end of every leg exercise. Maybe the long breaks between sets will eliminate the problem
That or just do abs on a different day. You have already trashed your abs on lower body day with all of the bracing. Why abuse them further on that day? Short of having someone bounce a medicine ball off your abs to get bracing for a punch squared away, I can't really imagine you need much direct work on your abs with how you lift for your lower body.

It doesn't matter what day of the week I do abs on, the same thing happens every time. Even if I train only abs and nothing else that day.

Like literally they spasm 100 out of 100 times, there is never a single time I train ABS that I don't get these painful spasms and nobody knows the reason why.

I know spasms can occur when the muscle has been overtrained. The times I experienced the worst ab spasms were usually when I was at my lowest body fat, on a cut, doing a high volume routine with at least two ab days. Same thing as you guys described, look like an alien ready to burst out. The few times I would have that happen I just quit training abs, and realized they were fine and were obviously still getting some training through support the rest of the routine.
Funny thing is they always stayed looking shredded and hard.
I always hesitate telling someone not to train something, but when they are already well developed there’s only so far they could go. And once you get them there they tend to maintain really well from support work, like Kleen said, as long as you maintain the proper diet.

I absolutely do think it's important, more important to some than others depending on your goals but I don't talk about it much because I literally can't do it unless I do one or two sets at a time and then break it up. Like when I use to do those hiit training classes

Even when I've been fat and out of the gym for extended periods of time the first time I train ABS they spasms, it's not overtraining it's not anything any of us can think of it's very frustrating to the point where it doesn't have to be frustrating because it doesn't even need to be thought about there's no solution it doesn't matter and that's where I'm leaving it lol.

Like really, I'm not entering any ABS contests so I'll train them when I can and I'll just deal with the spasms when they happen I wish they would stop but I'm not that concerned with spending massive amounts of time trying to figure out how to make it stop.

I'm reading this back to myself and I kind of sound like a dick, that's not my intention trust me.

The only point I'm getting at is we're not going to figure out a solution for this and I don't have enough free time to waste figuring out a solution because I already don't have enough time just to get my normal life accomplished lately. But if anything I'm under training lately, not overtraining. I'm barely ever going to failure if I go to failure at all I'm only doing real workouts on the weekends and during the week I'm just hitting the heavy bag and maybe throwing in a random lift here and there for strife I'm probably doing about 50% of my normal workload

How to talk to text while driving on the highway so if there's any massive errors you know why lol. But I really have given up on trying to figure out what causes these spasms, I just can't train my abs directly for extended periods of time or if I do train them directly it needs to be heavy low rep sets it seems like that's the only way I can get through abs

Yeah I have wondered about Liver King’s abs myself, and thought there was something off. Just look at old pictures when he was smaller, it’s like the structure of them has changed, if that makes sense. And not from just getting bigger and ripped, just like you said weird.
