total shoulder replacement

Does anyone on here have experience with total shoulder replacment? Is it the end of heavy shoulder presses ? Apparently ihave severe genohumeral osteoarthrits and they might not even mention it just wanted to see if anyone has exp wiyh this
 
I came looking for any advice on rehabbing after rotator cuff surgery. Not the same as total replacement but I’d be interested in anything you found out. My surgery is set for mid September

I was trying to use the search feature to not duplicate a post but I hadn't found anything, just a lot of folks that had shoulder pain, powered through it and now it doesn't hurt them anymore. Unfortunately, I am about 2 years past that stage. I'll start a new thread for it.

Good idea. I have quite a bit of experience in this area
 
I had the rotator cuff and bicep repair surgery. It all depends on how well your body recovers as to what you can do. I ended up losing mobility due to excessive scar tissue. I refused another surgery based on a chance of increased mobility. Due the rehab it does help.
