Timing with Asteroid Stack

I had a few questions regarding timing with my personal daily schedule and the requirements with taking the components of the asteroid stack.

Here is what i have done and will continue to do unless advised otherwise.

0600: Wake up
1 Anabolic Pump

0615: breakfast: Oatmeal + craisins + 2 scoops protein
2 Prime

1030: Mixed Nuts + Light yogurt

1245: 1 Anabolic Pump

1300: Lunch: sweet potato, green beans, chicken breast
2 Prime
1500: 30g protein bar w/ 3 "net" carbs

1645: Jack3d + 2 powerFull + 2 Prime

1730: Workout w/ xtend

1845: PWO protein shake w/ dextrose

1930: Dinner: Steak and veggies or potato
2 Prime
(omit carbs in this meal or no?)

2200: Bedtime: 3 PowerFull

Does my timing on all the supps and meals including carb amounts make sense with this certain schedule? Should i adjust anything?

Ok, basically...
Is it ok that I take both doses of AP before I workout and no AP post workout?
Since I workout so late in the day. I know postworkout carbs are necessary but its tough to not have a carb spillover that would cause excessive fat gain.
EDIT: Also my pre-workout meal is essentially 4 hours before my workout. I do have a protein bar thats 300 calories 2 hours before my workout but other than that very little instant carbs pre-workout. Is this alright as long as i take anabolic pump at lunch?

you should have something closer to your workout.

Its tough, I work and get off work at 1700. I then go right to the gym.
Also, Pre-workout Jack3d and Scivation Xtend is alot to consume pre and intra-workout. A full blown meal closer to workout time would be pretty filling.
