Why would I deny it? By doing that I would be essentially denying you your fantasy...a tattooed cop showing use of force to himself in a cruiser!!

Ok, Just about a week in on this carnivore diet, and with a couple minor slip ups, I can already see a little
Difference. I havent even been on the scale because Ive taken some time to learn a bit about myself and realize that Im driven by the wrong things at times. If I get on the scale and see improvement..I push harder..if I dont see it I slack off. Therefore itll be a while before I get on one. Besides, I could care less about the number as long as I look and feel better. So heres to my arm day today, one that left me shaking towards the end. Which could also be from drinking psychotic pre workout on an empty stomach!

Man, my shoulders and bis/tris are sore today!! Outstanding!! First time in quite a while Ive lifted hard enough to get sore, so I think its safe to say I have my motivation back. I went out with my soon to be wife last night and some friends, ate clean but...I downed a few(ish) beers. Really thought Id wake up bloated this morning but I didn’t. Havent made my mind up on working out today though. Its the first night back on patrol and day 1 is usually sluggish with trying to get myself back on night shift mode. Im a little keyed up so I may have to do a little something. Wednesday I will attempt to do legs. Hopefully I wont have to chase anyone this rotation and can give my knee a little more rest. I hate doing legs during my 4 days on...because I hate them being stiff, sore and tight while working...as stupid as it sounds it makes you look injured and this is NOT the town to be an injured cop in. I ordered my Iron-Legion “Invictus” thanks to @Marms...and may be adding in a little something new soon. Ill keep you guys posted

Should have my supply soon and will start immediately...id love to have you guys tag along..always need my support group!!! Sorry for the delay, been hectic. Knee flared up so the leg workouts STILL havent started, and helping my better half plan this wedding. Anyway. Still feeling great, no drip in weight, holding at 221. But I can SEE a difference. And the other day, getting ready for work I realized my vest was fitting better. That I love! Had a great arm day today and feeling good and swole. Now getting ready to kill some slow cooker corned beef and cabbage!! Anyway...took a little picture and compared it to my starting picture, my silhouette is definitely shaping up better and showing more definition. You call it

Unfortunately that is in planet fitness. Not many more options around here… But working on that. A new gym opened up and I have been once, and it was not too bad. I tried going to the Y, but Saul too many people I have dealt with or put cuffs on
