This will definitely be my go to multi! I know many supplement companies have high dosage of B12 in their multis. Curious to hear your thoughts on why so much B12? In other words why not have 250mcg vice 1000mcg?

The most common dosage of methylcobalamin (methyl b12) is 500 mcg. and 1,000 mcg. so since Multi XT is a dual column dose panel, it made sense to do it at 500 mcg. and 1,000 mcg. meaning that 2 capsules provides 500 mcg. and 4 caps provides 1,000 mcg.

Also, the breakdown for the scalable dose aspect is:
  • 1 capsule - 250 mcg.
  • 2 capsules - 500 mcg.
  • 3 capsules - 750 mcg.
  • 4 capsules - 1,000 mcg.
Scalable dosing is an important aspect of Multi XT because a person may want to take one dose themselves but give a different dose to their spouse, child, elderly parent, etc.

We always do our best to keep everything in stock.

We have over 100 sku's, so its always going to be something out here and there, and is usually because we use a lot of branded ingredients and unique ingredients and are strict on quality - so there are times that raws aren't available and it may make something go out of stock for awhile. But we do our best.

On new releases, we do our best to gauge how popular something is going to be and not run out, but sometimes its hard to anticipate so we may wind up running out initially but then try to make adjustments.

For example, it was hard to gauge how well BASIS was going to sell, so we did run out of stock on that - but we already had a reorder in by the time we released it and we have a third order placed for it before the second even comes in.

I'm sorry for when we do run out of anything and appreciate people's patience when it does happen - on our end, we always do our best to avoid it the best we can.
