Question on the 2% mozz. For the life of me I can only find regular and skim mozz, nothing about %. Is skim is good as it gets?

My cheddar has 4.5 gr of fat per oz and thats the 'low fat' stuff. good?

Try string cheese, generally comes in a 2.5% variety that has 4.5 grams of fat to 8 grams of protein or something similar to that per oz.
