The fruitarian diet, a variant of the vegan lifestyle, focuses mainly on eating fruits. Many people seem to highlight its possible health benefits, while skeptics question its nutritional sufficiency and possible dangers.
This particular diet is considered to be a restrictive vegan diet that has various benefits you can experience. The fruitarian diet is said to be rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants that help decrease inflammation and help in digestion.

Idk but I watched something a long time ago about a woman on a raw fruit and veg diet that was slowly killing her

Here's an article about Steve Job's unusual diet

Cliffs:
-He sometimes ate only carrot and apples diet
-His diet was mostly fruitarian - eating only fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables and grains -- absolutely no animal products.
-He didn't shower or use deodorant because he though eating fruits would make him smell better (spoiler: it didn't)
-He used to dip his feet in the the toilet to relax/destress
-He used to fast often to get feelings of euphoria/ecstasy.

I distinctly recall from an old Car & Driver that Steve Jobs did not want license plates on his cars. So every 6 months he would buy/lease a new car, same model & color, as at the time in California you didn’t have to have them for the first half a year after sale.

Guy was a quack.

I've heard people say "fruits are the only food that WANT to be eaten therefore it is what is meant for humans." Sh*t makes zero sense. I get short term restriction diets though.
