Hams have grown since last mini cut. Nice work
For hamstrings I simply bombard them with intensity techniques. John Meadows told me too when I competed with him at nationals. Since then it has really taken them to another level. I do a ton of forced reps, drop sets, partials (leg curls), and rest pause sets. These work wonders for pushing blood into my hamstrings and keeping them engaged in other exercises as the workout prolongs.

Deload this week, only trained 3x due to work schedule
But yet.. my lat spread looks better.. Funny how that works.

It really is funny how that works. I havent trained hard enough the past few years to worry about doing a deload. But when i trained for real back in the day. My deload week was my best week for growth besides newbie gains.

Weight hasn’t moved much around 175
Just keep looking denser



Been really hammering cheat meals (Appetizers, 2-3 entree's and dessert), and blowing through them in 48 hours.
Carbs are close to 300g on training days
Fat is around 40-50g daily ( i just feel better and function better on a lower fat diet year round)
Protein around 1-1.5g/lb (200g ish)
Damn I hate you! Great progress!!!!!!

Never really done any posing before but sitting at around 180ish. Just got out of basic training and AIT for the army in late October been trying to gain muscle and strength back since then.

Never really done any posing before but sitting at around 180ish. Just got out of basic training and AIT for the army in late October been trying to gain muscle and strength back since then.
Really solid overall package! Well balanced all over. If I were to target something tho it would be back. Both width and thickness would make you look like a beast! And everyone can use bigger legs (especially hamstrings/calves - quads look solid for you).

I’m Sitting at around 176 right now and I am cutting for my first men’s physique show in May looking to end up at around 164-165. I’m also think about doing classic physique too, I think that would be a lot of fun.

Looks like you’re in a really good place to be in physique. Decently well rounded and have some time to lean up a bit more.

Classic I think you’ll be a good bit undersized tho right now. Especially arms and front/upper body. Legs are solid and back looks great tho.

My contribution. Right now in my 4th month of off-season - Current goal is increase density and overall muscle mass with focus on arms, quad sweep and adductors..can never have too much quads, haha

Best pics I’ve taken in a while for a almost 2 year long recomp goin from 170 to 155 at 5’4”
I thought I looked like I do now back then until I took the pictures and was like holy **** what happened, very many years of overthinking it all and bulking and cutting I guess, not to mention possible hormonal imbalance from cycles in my 20’s
Recomped with a few andro cycles first anabolic in 7 years , then moved on to test , last 4 months , playing with dosages , feel best at 300 per week with aromasin 12.5 eod
Now just started Eq, at 400 per week for 15 weeks, and test, 3-400 depending finishing 250 test at 1.5 cc per week and will transition into sust 300 at either 3-450
