I wonder if you guys could help me out. I’m not the most knowledgeable on this subject but I am trying.

I have been using Testogel 5g for about 5 weeks.

My had 2 previous blood tests and my test level was 11 nmol/L

Which was just slightly low according to the doctor. So I take the minimum dose of two pumps per day. I was told the aim would be to get me to a level of between say 20-25 nmol

I have just submitted my blood test for one month review and the results have come at 52 nmol ?????

This doesn’t sound correct to me to have such I high increase. My understanding is that gels are fairly weak in the TRT world. Can take several months to build up. And with me also being on the lowest possible dose??

I have asked for a retest but I wondered if anyone here has some thoughts, how you seen these types of results from a topical gel ? Am I co completely over playing this as 52 is not that high etc

Any thoughts would be great.

Did you have your blood drawn shortly after applying the test gel?

Your test levels will actually drop once your natural production is suppressed, then your dosage will go up. Since you weren’t very low, you may have benefited from a Clomid restart. The bad thing is most Dr’s don’t know what that entails. Most Dr’s don’t even know much about TRT

Clomiphene is a drug used for woman to stimulate ovulation. Dr’s have found men can take it to help boost their natural production of testosterone without going on TRT. If your Dr has never heard of this, I’d recommend finding one that has. You may have to go to an endocrinologist or an integrative medicine dr.
