I just donated yesterday, first time in 6 months. No big deal. I usually go light or skip all supplements afterwards because of a little concern how stuff will hit with reduced blood volume. Normally I take 480mg elemental magnesium from mag glycinate, but due to the concern took only 360mg...not that much less actually. Well, in about 1 hour, I was messed up! Not really enjoyable (not unenjoyable either), but I was out of it for a few hours until I fell asleep. I skipped everything else I normally take.

Do any of y’all do that? Or do you still go full throttle on things like caffeine, ZMA, mag glycinate, citrulline, tyrosine, CBD or anything else that has an acute effect like that?
