Matt was gracious enough to let me give Exemplar an advanced test drive. I'm an over-the-road truck driver and don't get much time to work out, so until I come off the road next year, I would use it to keep my appetite down, mitigate snacking, and improve my willpower to make better food choices. So far, I can say that it has made a difference. Although I seem to be a non-responder to many supplements(I previously used a hyped GLP-1 fat burner from a board sponsor and got nothing out of it), Exemplar(at least for me) is a homerun. I've experimented with Semaglutide(generic Ozempic) and Explemplar seems to be at least 85-95% as effective, with the difference being that Ozempic would almost completely wipe out my appetite, while Exemplar seems to strongly quell my appetite, with more options to still eat.
Week 1
I was off the road for a few weeks, so I cracked open the bottle that Matt sent me and started dosing it at 5 caps a day. Initially, I didn't notice as much appetite suppression as I had expected. I checked the handwritten instructions on the bottle, which said to take it with a full glass of water—something I hadn't been doing. Once I started following that advice, I noticed a significant increase in appetite suppression. The effects seemed to kick in quickly, as I experienced noticeable suppression within two days of starting the product.
Week 2
Week 2 was a continuation of week 1. The appetite suppression from Exemplar continued and I've concluded that this would be a godsend supplement for those who practice intermittent fasting. The urge to snack is nearly non-existent, yet unlike with Ozempic, if I want to eat a larger meal, it still gives me the option to do so. At the end of week 2, I was down 3lbs, and this is with minimal workouts.
Week 3
Back on the road and this is the environment that I will be using Exemplar once it's out. Appetite suppression has continued unabated. Driving for hours can be extremely boring and it's the time when I'm most tempted to snack and Exemplar has been a great option to minimize it. I can't wait until KetoInduce is back as I will be stocking up on both. Exemplar is making it easy to eat once a day and KetoInduce should allow my body to get back into ketosis quickly. One week left, but, so far, I am loving Exemplar.
