Did legs yesterday.

Squats went from 185x8 last week to 205x7 this week lol.

I'm going to attach a picture from the beginning to now. Keep in mind I did not try to keep lean through this. The goal was to put as much size on as possible at a reasonable rate.

Water retention - yes a bit.
Fat gain - yes a bit.
Strength gains - tons.
Muscle gains - guaranteed.

186lbs to 206lbs so far, you can clearly tell I'm getting thick and juicy 🤪

Alright boys today sums up the last day of the Andros.

186lbs to 209lbs - 23lb increase 8 weeks
(Keep in mind I was eating in a surplus and works been so crazy it hasn't been super clean just aims for macros)

Squats 155x12 to 205x8
Bench press 155x8 to 185x6/8
Incline db press 70x8 to 85x8
Shoulder Db press 60x10 to 75x6/8
Pec deck - no idea what it was before but I can max out the machine now lol
Seated military press 105x12 to 135x12

Still size 32 pants, 23lbs up and same waist size. It is a lot more snug now but they still fit lmao.

Pct starts tomorrow. We'll see if I lose any strength or weight over the next 4-6weeks.

I'll keep the log open for that. Been a good ride boys 🤙

Dang that's a crazy weight increase. Almost 3 lbs a week.
