Ingredients: Organic whole grain brown rice, sea salt.
Calories: 70
Cals from fat: 0
Total fat: 0
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium: 55mg
Potasium: 65mg
Total Carbs: 15g
Fiber: 1g
Sugars: 0g
Protein: 1g

Bobo, Would it be OK to subsistute these for cooked brown rice in your program? What would the approx conversion factor be to 0.5 cup of cooked rice?

Yes those are fine. Depending on what rice you get its probably aroun 2.5 rice cake to 1/2 cup brown rice.
