Hope you recovered okay! So you started this on the 4th Feb, Did you only get one bottle? So how do feel about the product the month you been on it, what sticks out most? Any real gainez? like the beta tester lol

I can’t speak for him but I just finished my last dose of bottle one today. Noticed very good recomp effect. Muscle hardness and pumps were coming on very nicely after the second week and continued throughout. I had no adverse effects (unless you count two or three flavored burps aversive lol). Noticeable fat loss really shined the last 8-9 days and I am continuing onto my second bottle hoping it will continue just in time for spring break

it’s definitely increased but like others said in the good way because I was cutting so refeed days have definitely given a recomp effect. I’d only imagine on a caloric surplus it’d be having even greater benefit

Mine definitely has but haven’t had any fat gain for sure. Definitely eating much later in the evening out of hunger

For those of you taking this how does it compare to blr fd2?

I have used 1 1/2 bottles and it’s definitely different. I love folli 2 and it works really good for me on a cutting cycle. Alpha bulk has been a little more recomp/ maintaining or even adding slight size right around maintenance calories. I honestly wouldn’t be opposed to stacking the two. Also notice way better pumps with alpha bulk. Both solid brands and products though for sure
