Speed Stack vs. Ripped Force

I've compared the ingredients and it looks like their the same thing. Just a different name. I was wondering if they are different because Ripped Force is somewhat cheaper and would be lighter on my wallet. Does anybody know if there is a difference between the two?
 
Ripped Forces (assuming you are talking about the ephedra based drink) has only 20 mg of ephedra alkaloids vs. 25 mg in Speed Stack.

Does anybody know how long the on/off cycles should be. I was just going to do 1 month on, 1 month off. I was told I could go longer if I wanted.
