So.... I decided even though im not done with my blue stack yet I would post some pictures... I also posted these in my log but I wanted you guys to see them as well since only a select few really read my log

A couple things to note. The first set of pictures was taken with a flash, the new ones were not. I realized that with the flash on my body wasnt coming out like it looks in person... dunno why thought. Anyways. Also you may notice my horrible tan line hahaha

Another thing to note... the first pics were taken on an empty stomach, the news ones are with a full days of food and over a gallon of water consumed.

Things I think are relevant. You can clearly see from the front that my widest point (love handle to love handle tip has decreased), from the side It looks as though my stomach went down a bit and maybe my back got a bit wider while my lower back fat may have decreased slightly. Any other observations from you guys? (expect my horrible tan from working outside lol)
 
Whats crazy that i just realized.... look at my arm position... its exactly the same (in relation to my tattoo) and look how much less back fat there is... :thumbsup:
 
Them titties got smaller too chief ;) Looking like good progress. Maybe I'll throw up some soon too. BF testing on saturday for me, so I should take pics then. Keep up the good work.
 
Mate that's solid progress! You should be really proud of yourself ;) Keep pushing hard, those abs are within reach!
 
You have made some nice improvements. Give it about 8 more weeks and you will look like a different person - just keep up the good work!
 
Thanks guys! Getting feedback and constantly posting on here and in my log definitely keeps me on track. I have tried getting back into shape several times in the last 4 years and every time i make it 2-3 months and something happens. This is probably the best ive done in awhile and im looking forward to keeping at it. Ill post another picture monday on an empty stomach!

It all began late feb when I stepped on the scale and saw my heaviest ever which was 228 and my scale is even a few lbs low. With in the first two weeks i lost something like 10-12 lbs just cutting out energy drinks and fast food... i was getting horrible with energy drinks (1-3 a day for 6-7 years). Before i started a sponsored log of Blue Up and Blue Gene I was sitting at about 210 (-18 lbs) and then I had a long weekend and it jumped to 213... since then I am on day 11 of my stack and was down to 206 this morning. So ive beat my goal of 20 lbs and now onto my secondary goal of sub 200 since its been 4 years since ive been there. I expect to be there in the next 4 weeks. Also between 03/06 and 04/06 I lost about 2 percent body fat... lost 1 1/2 inches on my waist but yet my relaxed arms went up 3/4' and my chest went up 1 1/8" I was pumped!

Anyways thanks for the motivation guys!

Well I gotta say im happy with my results thus far! Now what I need to do is make sure I stay motivated! And thats what you guys help me do! This is the best ive done in years and can actually SEE results which also keeps me motivated

I think I have done great for a little less than 2 months of consisten hardwork, could I have done better so far... Im sure I could have, my diet hasnt been completely 100 percent and Ive had a few drinks here and there, but im still heading in the right direction and im sure in the months to come I will have to fix my diet when my losses or muscle gains halt. However I am getting better about my diet already because I have to pack lunches now, so the foods are cleaner but im pretty positive im in a calorie deficit. We'll see

As you can see my measurement of my widest point was pretty steady at a 1/2 inch and my weight was slowing down about halfway through until I started my Controlled Labs Blue Up/Blue Gene stack so I am gonna have to shoot some credit that way and say that must have picked things back up because I lost an inch on my widest point and 6 lbs since I started (14 days ago)

keep pushing man ur gonna get skinner then me be like i wanna get jacked its like a drug u wont wanna stop! get huge!!! if u made that much progress in not even a month wow count me impressed.
 
UPDATE:

Finished my controlled labs Blue Up Blue Gene stack... with GREAT RESULTS! This stack was ran from 04/06 - 05/09 but here are my total results since being back in the gym
