i havent done it but have read on reddit forums that people take year around .. im 2+ months into it .. i went to 3 caps but now cut down to 2 caps and like it

Yes, it can be taken year round.

People that use it for the feel effects may or may not take it daily.

People that use it for the BDNF benefits, long Covid benefits, etc. use it daily.
